Casper i just re-read the RNS - it is a very confident worded RNS and i love this bit -

"With respect to the oil re-vitalisation program in Texas, I am very pleased that the incoming President of the USA is pro oil drilling, and to this extent I advise that our new Texas operator, Globalvision have now completed their technical studies on the Pennpetro assets at Gonzales County and have advised the Company that the work-over rig is scheduled to arrive on site in the weeks after US Thanksgiving to commence oil production works on an accelerated development program."

I agree with you, i mean you arent far off i dont think, placings are usually done at 50% market value usually (in my experience) but who really cares your still looking at around 18p opening ish, i would suggest NT to BUY probably until around 25p IMO then we are off to bigger and better SP IMO

We may well be trading on 9/12 as you say, probably you are right, i am expecting some more good RNS tbh with you as well that is really going to light up the PPP brand.

Good morning all. Well what a good day it was yesterday. The mood on here and the telegram group has changed no end! Absolutely brilliant!

I see there has been a couple of trolls trying it on....I'm sorry but you missed the boat. By all means I'll see you at 40p before you can have any of mine but even then I'm not giving many to you!

Guys this is still early days however the benchmark has been set at a bare minimum. We have an unreal opportunity here. NCYT had 90m shares issued and they went from 7p to 1100p.... We have 110m shares in issue.... Phenomenal opportunity here.

2025 will and should be huge for us. You have to remember the new prime market listing here with eager beaver investors (bare in mind some massive money on the prime market) has the chance to send this into orbit 🎉🚀🔥

The chartist from about 3 months ago, I always remember what he said, 35p resistance then the next big resistance Was 62p (if I recall correct) then there is no resistance until 105p!

Well If you do the maths, calculate everything, if global vision can add some new wells next year and the gas and lithium then easily add 5-10m MCAP per well. This could well be a 100m MCAP company in relatively short order. This is no joke.... If you guys open your eyes here and see the opportunity that awaits it is one of the best of my investment "career" if you want to call it that!

Don't get me wrong there will be some downs as well as ups but as long as there are more ups then we will be laughing. With the acreage we have I'm rooting for a lot more GOOD NEWS. At the end of the day any new wells added is better than nothing !! Even 200bopd or 300bopd is excellent.... We have a large acreage so even if we drill 10 and 5 are dusters who cares, we still have five new wells added to the portfolio... This literally could be a fantastic JV with GV.

Keep the faith guys. I'm still going for 20-25p gap up and a rise from there on day one. With a big re rate to follow. That's IMO

I always said a fair Mcap for PPP is 30-50m Mcap

If they can then add wells to the portfolio and do 200-500bopd your looking near on 5-10m Mcap per well give or take at current oil prices.

A lot of talk about share price. Well let's put it this way, absolute bare minimum is 12p.

Then you need to take into account the deal, the royalties, the JV acerage, the low number of free float shares and this all a melting pot for a very large increase indeed

As a poster said earlier, shares have come out of suspension 100%, 150% 200% from previous close.....

Just a reminder EUA went into suspension at 4p and came out 16 p (300%?)! With 1.5b shares in issue

We have 110m shares in issue!!!! Into suspension at 9.55p so to me it's looking very well placed for a massive rise. 20p open is very likely. Closing price for the day maybe 30p or within the first few days 30p should be achieved.

I am really pleased with the rns today this is incredibly good positive news. I have never in my twenty years of investing ever had a share that placed 30% ABOVE THE SHARE PRICE! So 12p is THE MINIMUM BENCHMARK now. Unbelievable news guys.

What I said on the telegram group was this, the mm's now know that is a fantastic placing price and investors will have VERY sticky hands. This will do two things... 1) the Gap up or re rate will probably be circa 20p perhaps more imo. 2) the low number of shares free float means investors will buy in here coupled with sticky hands we will see another post 17th July rise IMO

If PPP can release some good positive operational news soon just before relisting then sky is the limit here. Closing price on day one could be well over +100%

I'm so happy that this is falling into place for us all. Whatever you guys do don't let them have your shares cheap as they will be golden tickets that opportunity doesn't come up often.

Many hours of research put into ppp I'm finally seeing some good come out of it for us all. It's all falling Into place guys.

Just a re cap for old times sake... MCAP on relisting potentially could be around 20m but re rate over a few days could see us well over 30m MCAP within a week or so maybe even more than 30m depending on news.

Guys regarding an RNS

I have seen an email from Lunn saying we will be recieving an update (s) well before Christmas.

Also just to add another user has posted that from Lunn "we are working with excellent accountants and corporate advisors"

Whatever is happening it sounds like a big upgrade in all round business growth to me. Better accountants, new website will be released, joining the prime market with just 110m shares, fantastic royalty deal and lots of potential total and pretty much debt free.... 10m MCAP my backside!!! Quadruple that for starters! We need just ONE RNS and the shorters fearing this happens massively. They want us back but back with negative so they don't lose money. One RNS will blow our SP into another stratosphere !

Also why is it concerning that Tom wants to be part of a group with his shareholders? I think it's a good thing tbh

Stephen Lunn is far better appointment, David Lenigas is bad for business image and couldn't offer nothing ice horse hill has been scrapped. Lunn has many contacts and experience in the oil and gas Industry. Anyone that thinks Lenigas going is a negative is deluded.

Sorry that was a Typo. I mean we should NOT entertain an EGM at this stage, even January in unnecessary. Let them get on with it.

EGM is not needed at the moment. We should be entertaining this.

Just let the company get on with it with GV FFS. We need them to deliver and not get distracted by an EGM and more complications.

Patience is required end of story. If it comes back in January then so be it but hopefully that allows them more time for better operational news. Surely waiting is better for everyone providing they use the time wisely to do drills and get as much operational news out as possible.

Yeah i know what your saying, well at guesstimate id say average of 200,000 shares per investor (fair average) every 5 of us equals 1m shares or thereabouts.

MattK6 in response to you, give GV and the JV a chance, things will come good in time. This has every reason for it to be a life changing share but as I've said news dependent. Over the next 6 months we see how the lithium and gas JV does and oil wells (old and new additions)
