It's time that PPP is back and thriving. It's been a tough few months, especially battling against trolls on here.

Despite some differences between zag, rob50, few others, I think we all (most) want PPP back and doing really well.

Tiger you may be right about another RNS before the Monday deadline. I wonder if there are any discussions over this weekend with the auditors, creditors, GV and any other interested investors?

Monday is a big day. Everything crossed for the best outcome.

Agreed I'm feeling very confident about Mondays placing, I look forward to the company coming out of suspension and doing really well over Q1 and Q2 this year. It will be an exciting time in spring & summer with plenty of drilling activity going on as the weather turns better.

As myself and a few others have said there's some massive potential here. Hopefully we are back trading before month end 🤞🏼

Personally I want Monday out if the way, I don't think we will place at 9p, I think it'll be at least 14/15p via Dutch auction.

Sccsss / Kong I understand that, but what it says is they have received bids but it seems to me that someone (major) is interested but wants assurances before committing. That's how I read it. Monday is only three business days away. Let's see what happens on Monday.

I'd think that an update might be released before the deadline on Monday to attract new / get current investors to buy the shares

Perhaps assurances of relisting? Perhaps accounts / audits update? Perhaps operational updates (if any). Etc.

Just thinking of scenarios that could happen this week.

I guess it's three working days to go until we know what's going on. If all goes well great, but if not then I assume the EGM will be called.

It would show a lot of confidence if someone buys the full 8m at a high bid price, coupled with assurances of relisting. I suppose we will know in just a few days.

Perhaps I was naive but I felt today RNS was quite positive. The reason being is, it speaks a lot about being relisted, assurances regarding relisting and accounts and the bod gained confidence in the placing bids (make of that what you like).

It would be nice to be well subscribed on Monday and to have some assurances on relisting and accounts being signed off.

Seems like they are cracking on. PPP to be relisted soon. Auditors accounts signed off before the Dutch auction date imo

I think the auditors will be pushed now to get accounts signed off asap, I reckon like a lot of pi's, ii's also want confirmation that PPP will relist and I think they will get their confirmation of accounts signed off soon.

As much as people want to say or think it's negative, it's not. If anything it's positive, RNS doesn't say it failed, it said they had confidence in the offers they've received but want to allow a few more days for some big players and that's fair enough.

I knew it. KONG again would find negatives in what is a good RNS. Seems like they had a lot of buyers but some major stakeholders (ii) want assurance of relisting and now I believe the auditors will be asked to complete the accounts asap and get PPP trading again. Seems like everything is moving forwards as it needs to be.

Ignore kong saying they can't sell at 9p, that's simply not true, the RNS states they received a lot of offers but I think some major players need more time to decide and need confirmation about relisting.

IMHO - A Very positive update.

Guys ignore the noise tonight, the shorters are trying to muddy the BB here. We had a good "update" today on companies house which imo is very important. That's at least something moving us forward, placings money received will mean we can be going concern & means we may be able to fund some debts? Either way I hope tomorrow we get a successful big placing. 9p is still good but I think Lunn & co want to be aiming higher. This coupled with some operational update & accounts and this will be in the 30-40p's pretty sharpish imho. After that it's down to what news comes out with Gv / operational catalyst for the company

I was nervous but I'm feeling pretty confident tonight.
