I can't wait for the AGM, time to clear up some mess, clear up the board, get some resolutions on place and actioned and get PPP back trading again.

Some reputational damage has been done but that's only until everything is resolved and then once the company is back and thriving that's all that matters.

Imo - PPP will be back. Positive outcome prior to the AGM, watch this space.

I cannot wait for the AGM now. There's so much that could happen before hand (positively).

I'm betting that the II's that wanted to invest said " the assets look great and we would like to come on board but unless you have accounts signed off and a date of Resuming trading from the auditor we just can't put down the monies at present. Hence the AGM would indicate that auditors are pretty much going to complete BEFORE the AGM date.

We have cash from placings plus more to come when we resume trading so signing off accounts is definitely viable. On top of this we would have the other 8m shares placings (monies from that) so accounts can definitely be signed off prior to the AGM.

I know it's hard to see light ATM but I think this will eventually come good. I could be wrong but I'm betting accounts signed off before AGM date and placing of the 8m shares (DA) is re tried or just a basic placing

I'm just a pi, Kong makes out as if I've connection to tom PMSL ..... There are others on telegram that have direct connection. I don't.

All I know is a group are working hard for us all in the background and they deserve credit for that

Here's a Q, do accounts need to be signed off prior to an AGM?

Back in early December I had received a message from someone (that wasn't Tom) but I wrote it off as someone scaremongering & I never replied.

That said "there are things about Lunn that haven't come out yet and ongoing dispute about what's owed" "Lunns plan is to make the PPP assets look worthless and take the company private and or take the assets"

I don't know this person or who they are.

Spodulike, my opinion on the RNS is that I'm personally a bit confused and not sure what I trust right now.

Part of me thinks that the ex Finance officer was a corrupt little **** IMHO, it wasn't necessarily Tom but Anton had lots of companies, I believe he orchestrated the Petroquest Finance to PPP - think Anton had links to or shares in Petroquest too so a bit dodgy there.

I also think we did get some of the 8m shares but I don't think it's the investors that Lunn ideally wanted.... This is by no means dead so we must not get scared or brainwashed Into thinking so, it's very frustrating seeing this.

We can recover, the AGM has been announced which is a good thing, time to clear up the mess.....

I also think (watch this space ) that before the AGM Lunn will try and get an investor on board and maybe get accounts signed off, even just to win votes at the AGM. I think he knows that AGM might not go well for him, PPP are certainly not dead but this just hurts us a little bit more until we have investors willing to put up the cash.

This new investors (if true)! Will want all resolutions out of the way and anything untoward sorted before coming on board.

"A cornerstone" investor sounds like a major player such as Globalvision or someone of similar clout. Let's see.

The best way is to write to the media outlets and let them know how many companies keep doing this and get away scot free and for the investigative journalist to start looking into this and making a programme on it. Expose these crooks for who they are and maybe, just maybe, the Gov will be concerned as overseas investors may start pulling out of LSE, which is already happening.

this definitely isn't over as much as some have made out,

whatever it is, it requires sorting from within. i don't think globalvision are working with lunn, or they are digging their heels in? i'm just not sure...

i bet they didn't want to take 8m shares from small pi's, the ii's they wanted obviously had cold feet hence didn't want to proceed.... this certainly isn't down and out but we need to fix this, if it's tom then tom but a lot of trust has been killed imho, i suppose we need to see action now, look at the agm date it's mid feb, another month for prep work by lunn imho. i don't know if he will try and pull this off in the meantime or whether he's driving us closer to the end on purpose? i could not tell you what, but this is solvable and we could be back trading in q1 as per last rns. i think whoever this "interested investor" is, certainly is interested but not unless the **** is sorted. that's imho.
