I can't be sure but I hope we hear this afternoon. I assume they would be able to choose who they wish to work with / accept placing bid etc by now? Or are Peterhouse advising them which is best for business etc? Perhaps the II or investors are preparing the funds? May take a day or two I suppose.

Dont listen to the noise from the " FUD crew, " nothing but shorters and mm friends or just want in as cheap as possible, one of the most negative derampers is NAL, he/she is a nightmare, i will be glad to see the back of him.

He is part of a group that cause disruption and hope that people sell out of fear, SOLG will be building this mine themselves and no doubt as we near completion we them all coming out of the woodwork to buy us out or dangle the carrot so to speak! I would give them the middle finger at that stage.

GL all, 2025 should see some growth in SP, the foundations are being laid now, i reckon we will even get another funding round for the rest of the mine build, just watch this space....

I hope that we hear the dutch auction results some time today, its gone either way, very good and plenty of offers and they are deciding on which to go for, or it hasn't gone well and they are buying themselves some time? I really hope that it's good news, we don't want this dragging on any longer. We ideally want the dutch auction to be a success, another placing over 15 p would be amazing, ideally over 20p would be phenomenal. We would also want the accounts signed off RNS & resuming trading date RNS, hopefully Jan/Early Feb latest!

I absolutely agree with you, even if we start at 25p with solid news and confidence this will reach 50p in pretty quick time IMHO.

Well guys we haven't heard yet, I'm not taking that as negative, we will find out soon enough!

What I will say is, this has massive potential IMHO, the company, through revenues, royalties, new wells, existing wells, gas and lithium could well be a very solid player in the field, it's location is in a very good position too, there is no reason for PPP to fail, it could and should be a mid sized cap company within five years IMHO.

Again IMO, this should be placed at 20-30p but a more realistic price will probably be 14-18p but that's still superb. I think all going well, we can put the last few months behind us and move on, the company could do really well over the next 12 months laying the foundations and growing rather rapidly. All we ask is for the board to be communicative and get the Globalvision deal signed sealed & delivered and finally get the lithium JV growing.

We will attract some big majors in and around Texas if we prove up resources then there's no reason why a Standard lithium wouldn't come knocking or Exxon as they are buying companies with proven resources for 100,200,300 million dollars with similar acreages to ours.

It's about time we see PPP back. Come on PPP Board, get us a placing 15-20p that would be a big success, anything over 20p would be amazingly good for all of us.

Yeah I definitely expect the 8m shares to have been taken 🤞🏼 I hope at a very high price (would instill big confidence) and get the positivity flowing again. Just in time for relisting 🙂

I'm Really hoping for a positive outcome tomorrow. 15p-18p is my guess, not sure if for the full 8m placing or slightly less.

I think we will be back trading well before end of march. If anything end of Jan would be my bet

Yep selling 4m at a good price and leaving 4m aside would be a good move from the company. I'm hoping for a high as possible placing price for 4-6m shares. Would do the world of good imo.

That 30m MCAP would be reached sharpish imo and then be surpassed.
