I'm not getting into the Lunn V Tom debate again but you need to really wait for the new resolutions, if only you could see the light... Just HOLD before voting.

Also we are awaiting on an overdue operational update, of which may well be VERY good indeed. There is lots happening behind the scenes in various aspects of this whole PPP story.

also to add to that, mm's will be scared ****less depending what news comes out....

remember the more people hold the bigger the gamma squeeze will be and they will have to raise the sp higher and higher to entice selling, they will need lots of shares to cover short positions... so anyway after all that you'll get peaks and troughs but ultimately it the business is successful and operations go well then it will be on a steep upward trajectory.

Rob 50, Mr Twisted, goodluck in what you choose to do. You need to relax when we relist, operational updates will be a plenty and 30p will look like a cheap sell when it comes to it IMO.

This is very much, loyalty and patience will be rewarded. We are due a very good operational update soon, I guess Robert Menzel is waiting to see how all of this AGM malarkey plays out.

110m shares in issue, in Texas, with NUMEROUS UPSTREAM ASSETS in the oil and gas industry, 30p will be very cheap.

You might find working more towards 100p per share will be more fitting, Plus more. Patience will be rewarded.

We need to allow the new CEO the time to settle in and get down to business now. More updates imminent IMHO

PPP is coming back, bigger and better than ever. Having Robert Menzel is good for business and other stakeholders such as Petroquest / Lunn etc.

It's obvious to me that if the assets were crap, Globalvision would have just walked away. It's clear as day that they believe (Robert Menzel) wants to put his Globalvision business and his name on the line to ensure the true value is realised for all those invested.

We should be happy after today, I sure am. This was excellent news, truly.

I'm assuming we may hear more statements from Robert Menzel soon and we should get an operational update soon I would have thought. Let's let the man settle in and get his bearings and get to work.

Robert Menzel is a fantastic appointment. As CEO even surprised me but fair play. Differences must be being sorted between Globalvision, Lunn, Petroquest etc etc.

Fantastic News/RNS today folks, still letting it sink in. This is absolutely fantastic news, end of story. A new CEO who is a proven leader and i just see this looking fantastic for the future of PPP Shareholders. We are due so much more news and this should now have the foundations of a great main market oil, gas and lithium company.

I'm excited for the remainder of 2025 now. More news incoming IMO.

This is simply fantastic news, for the future of the company and all shareholders, honestly, THINK about what this means! Nobody wanted to let the assets go to waste, this is going to be HUGE, luckily for us we are invested in what will become a good sized oil, gas and lithium company.

So many investors have done the figures and how many times we come back to the following - This is a 100m mcap company, then some more! Lots going on behind the scenes.... That's all we need to know right now....

I have said this all along, PPP, together with Globalvision and a change of leadership and board will do absolutely great, Lunn knows he needs and wants to be a part of the future of this company and this secures PPP and also petroquest, perhaps they have resolved all differences?

Next news will be Globalvision operational update - watch this space.

How many times have we said, PPP will be a solid, medium sized Prime main market company going forwards with a very fluent, very open honest board and i personally think that the assets were too good to pass up for anyone involved, this obviously is going to "boom" and grow massively as a business.

Tom Evans brought in the investors, he even loaned PPP 4.5m shares to contribute towards making the deal happen.

Globalvisions relationship lies with PPP via Tom, even the CEO and Tom are what seems like good friends (good business partners)

Scccss, no it wasn't David Lenigas that did the deal with Globalvision! Tom Evans made the deal and brought in the monies for PPP for the deal to take place.

DL only helped with the UKOG farmin but that's dead now as UKOG have no chance of drilling Horse Hill. DL left as he was surplus

Ignore that Delta, they can raise, what the issue is here is that no investor is really trusting Lunn and what the future looks like under him, or they want to invest but don't have confidence too until they see mess cleared up.

I'm not saying pay the loan off completely, we can get the loan paid in various ways. It's still not 100% if the loan is fully owed that's still ongoing I believe...

Delta for now, the most important thing is the AGM. I wonder what you'll be voting for?

PPP could / can be HUGE - whoever started this thread, you are right sir, it can be a solid company moving forward, particularly after the AGM, depending on the outcome of that:

1) we might proceed where we left off with GV JV and royalty deal (it's never been dead, as per RNS)

2) big step up in MCAP due to assets and royalties and new assets (wells, oil, gas, lithium) brought under the PPP and GV umbrella.

3) I assume the board will try and raise non dilutive funding where possible to help pay off Petroquest (not due until December 25) via new investors or GV.

4) we could be trading soon, although this would be far better after agm and once that's behind us and have a positive operational Rns regarding GV and JV.

At the end of the day, the market loved the deal back in July (it's a great deal which materially derisks the business) but if we can put this behind us and everything being smooth and well ran business after the AGM then PPP will do really well coupled with Globalvision.

We already had in confirmed that Globalvision have some "Upstream assets in Texas" via JJ CEO and that they are contracted by Globalvision on works for PPP but there was a NDA on all works so they could not disclose anymore, so theres another thing, Globalvision have been working in the background, quietly.... Hopefully this will be confirmed and operational update well overdue....I guess they are waiting for the outcome of all this shi* before coming out with any statements.

Right anyway back to work, keep your eyes peeled for another set of resolutions (maybe) and also another RNS that I think Will be rather positive in a last ditch effort by Lunn for extra votes.

I won't tell anyone to vote for a certain thing but whatever happens please don't waste your vote, make sure you vote and make sure that you are sure on what your voting on!

🤞🏼💪🏼 remember PPP was joining the prime market with a great deal in place, not much debt and will be in a better well ran state than previous years, better accounts, better shareholder Comms, better assets and Royalty deal, prime market is 30m MCAP minimum - we should blast past this IMHO. DYOR.

How about the resolution which pretty much states they can raise amounts with no limits? Worded differently of course - disapply pre exemption rights??

Millennium capital was the old operator, hence globalvision came in and bought all association with nobel out inc millenium petro, The 250,000 acres is part of that deal on top of the 2036 acres oil JV.

This has so many legs left yet, no where near its full potential.
