Well i think the deal was completed but Whether it was renegotiated i dont know im afraid. But as far as we know the 1/08/2024 RNS stated deal was done. That's it, legally binding. RNS out. I would take the RNS that Lunn sent out with a pinch of salt, i think having RM on board will settle a few things. Think we just need to give the man some time to crack on, like i said last week perhaps they have put their differences aside for now to get ppp back?

Hepran there is ZERO conflict of interest, its very common. Its different to when a company loans money thats a direct conflict of interest, this deal was completed last summer, the globalvision CEO and PPP CEO is on a 50:50 jv so no conflict of interest.

There is no conflict of interest Hepran, no need to start creating another story when there isnt one. This is what you were like on the telegram group.

This is going to be up by the end of this year it will be back upto Mid t0 late teens IMHO. The company are in a good place, its time to have confidence in SOLG again, they will be eyeing up more funding soon IMHO for the remainder of the mine build phase.

Absolutely, The New Oldham branch is a very nice one indeed. TP are remodelling themselves for the better but whats against TPK is the current climate, that's the downside of it but rest assured the contracts keep coming in and so does the work.

Tebbin, a vote not taken is a wasted vote IMO. There are resolutions on there that you as a shareholder have a voice to be heard, i would still vote but base it on your feeling right now etc. To not vote would be a shame... IMO only.

New Uncle, i cant be certain but to me it seems the Ex CFO was not the best at keeping the accounts upto speed, from what i have heard. He was always late on them, also was perhaps a tad shady in a roundabout way.

Anyway we move forwards now, Westend LLC Are our new CFO company, we have Crowe Auditors, we are in good hands, we have a top CEO in Rob Menzel and i hope S Lunn brings something to the table as well.... Hopefully everything works out well now.

Gutted that this has been in suspension for so long tbh. This should have been 6-8weeks max.

The issues were not assets, the delays were a power struggle at the top with the bod But I think we are getting closer to a fresh start anyway. We have a new CEO now which is great news and I think the good days are coming. Hopefully a good operational update awaits us and a renewed enthusiasm.

It's been a long wait but good days hopefully not far away and we resume trading as a strong, well organised company which should do well on the main market.
