I want PPP back but we need the accounts signed off (hopefully by Friday), we need some good positive operational news, for the 6 months we've endured, we really deserve that.

It will move the company into another "realm", move the share price up to new heights and attract new investors.

It's imperative that we get good operational news before we resume trading. I just hope they release news before we come back from suspension.

Part of me just wants this AGM out of the way now, I worry it's a distraction and I think it's time to concentrate on the business and cracking on. A lot of work has taken place behind the scenes (in many ways and many people) recently. The shareholders in the telegram do want the best for everyone but ultimately everyone needs to vote how they feel fit.

Hopefully our selections end up being the right ones ! It's a difficult position for us because We are voting a bit blind in a way.

p.s correct me if im wrong someone here but we dont own the land, but we do own (ranked with owner) the leases that the land is on and ppp have the rights to drill on those leases hence globalvision so as good as "own" them.

all royalties will be paid to ppp and land owners, global vision get the main cut but they do all the work (or most) and arrange / project manage the drilling etc

now i ask again if the company was absoutely ****e and assets were ****e then why did you invest new uncle?

Big pockets on the main market, Vodafone, Next, Unilever etc etc. Big buys daily £50k plus, with any hint of good news this will be unstoppable. It might seem far fetched right now but we just need that bloody news to land...........But will it land on readmission or after or before i cant say.

Hepran i understand what you mean but there is no gain from the already signed deal if you see what i mean, a creditor working as ceo is major conflict of interest whereby this is quite common, you do get CEO's taking positions in different companies, but the good thing here is, it will help us as much as GV. He has all to lose as he bought the nobel shares subsidiary of PPP so now he needs a big return on his investment. I think collectively they will do really well here.

We are now just waiting on the long awaited operational update...... But i dont think its going to come until AGM is finalised and board settled a bit.

Hello Tiger, my friend. I believe they do needs accounts to be signed off before readmission yeah. I think they will want accounts first then followed by the operational update that will really help the company in many ways, A) healthy share price B) Retain investors C) Attract new pi's and ii's

They arent "Skint" as you put it. At least £360k will be in the coffers on readmission to trading plus if there's any other raises before then? I bet we still have monies left from the other raises too, it definitely hasn't all gone for sure. It's only needed until we get the JV going, that's not far away now. I hope Rob Menzel releases a fantastic operational update thats well overdue, once the revenues come in we are drilling, drilling,drilling ppp is going to fly along with GV.

Just need agm out of the way and fingers crossed RM releases the news we all have been waiting for, i hope they dont let the shorters or mms off. Its time to just fuel up the rocket and go.
