Yes Townman, very true. I cant help but feel that Hepran is turning a blind eye to this and what Lunn is doing. Your saying he's helping the company, is he? How? The only people that will save this now are the actions of the Telegram group. Hepran, how on earth have the auditors asked for another three months!!! Come on! It's just a delaying tactic. Lunn isn't even responding to shareholders, that's weird isn't it?

Anyway the most important thing here are the shareholders followed by the company / CEO.

IF LUNN IS THE ONLY THING STANDING IN THE WAY OF PPP COMING BACK BETTER AND STRONGER THAN EVER, then he has to go it's as simple as that.

We can't allow anyone to just rinse all shareholders, no matter who it is. Hopefully RM comes out with a statement soon and address all things PPP.

Tom spent 7 years building PPP, arranging all the acres, the JV, the deals and monies for it all to take place.

He never ever wants to take PPP private and shareholders were always something he held of up most importance. The reason why a lot of things in Texas were not brought up are because there was NDA's all over it.

I don't understand the "beef" between Lunn & Tom tbh with you but I think it's to do with Lunn thinks he's owed ex amount of money, Tom believes that he isn't owed that money (only some) and this is where the breakdown of relationship started.

I think I'm on the right track but I don't have every bit of info. Lunn is going for the FULL LOT where as he's probably only owed some of it (the loan), also Lunn & Anton being friends is all a bit of a mind screw and complicates it further ... All of a sudden he becomes the executor? Anton has shares in Petroquest I think, hence Lunn fighting for more than just the loan? Maybe?

Im not best placed to share on here as I may not have all the facts but from what I gather, Lunn and Anton had some past with Anton the former financial secretary of PPP and the debts Lunn thinks he's owed, he actually isn't (or not all)

From what I'm gathering Lunn needs to go asap and then we will see the strength of this share come to light.

Rob-50 - I know the LSE lot have had their differences with the Telegram lot but keep up the faith mate. Your 30p target is 100% achievable. You have to believe. First step is audit then we need to see what the BOD do, there is no way though that the auditors have asked for another twelve weeks to complete the audit, this is a delaying tactic by Lunn to buy himself more time.

I believe he was getting pelters from all over and he had an incline his time was probably up, hence there was a NON TELEGRAM group that wanted a resolution that voted Lunn out.

It's time that we start getting answers from Lunn, contact was attempted but I don't think he bothered to respond - again.
