New Uncle - from the very start I was told by someone that Lunn wants to take it private & it's been ignored by some calling us the Telegram brainwashed. I think it's time for Lunn to come clean and tell us his REAL PLANS....whatever they are. If not truthful or AGM date not announced VERY SOON then an EGM is to be scheduled. I guess that's where we are at the moment.

That might be Lunns plan all along - I and many have tried warning the Lunn Followers. Hence why now we need to take matters in to our own hands. LUNN HAS TO GO.

We pi's & major shareholders cannot & won't let that happen. An eGM will be called if a new AGM date is not called soon. Resolutions cannot be blocked either, legally so we can't have any muddying of the water either.

2) I don't hate Lunn but I just don't trust him and what he's upto.

3) Do I believe from what I've seen that PPP can be a good sized oil & gas player - absolutely!

4) Is RM the right CEO for us - Yes

5) Does RM want to work with Lunn? I'm not sure & this is my concern.

6) Does Lunn keep trying to buy himself more time? Yes he does.

7) Lunn has stopped all communications with shareholders, does that fill you with confidence of a man with SH's interests at heart?

I could go on but all I know is lots of work is going on from VARIOUS PEOPLE ACROSS ALL FRONTS. I think unless another AGM is called in an appropriate manner and time frame then an EGM will be called so we can take matters into our own hands.

Gwilliams having RM onboard is a huge step in the right direction. Him being quiet isn't worrying me just yet based on what I've heard. I think hes just working behind the scenes on a few things that in turn help the shareholders.

If Lunn is the main creditor for Petroquest then he won't want PPP to go bust surely as he won't get the assets will he? Or is he planning on something else like trying to persuade RM in going private? I'm not sure but let's hope RM digs his heels in and just wants to keep PPP trading again.

Also some people have mentioned before a takeover, hmm maybe, not sure on that one tbh. It would need to be a fair offer to SH's price per share and will that be passed by major shareholders & pi's is another story.

Either way news blackouts on all fronts at the moment, don't expect to hear anything for a while yet...

RM being an experienced auditor should help PPP get their accounts together & the current auditors won't be able to pull the wool over RM eyes as he should know what's going on.

It is critical that RM stays in the job. Perhaps Lunn has told him not to communicate with SH's ? As much as people don't like that I can forgive him as I understand he's in a difficult situation of balancing working with someone new, trying to appease Lunn and trying to steer the ship. Let's see what the next few days and weeks bring.

Even if we do have an EGM it might only be until April that accounts are signed off + RM will have news that I guess he can't wait to share ready for re trading.

The one thing I don't trust from what I see, is Lunn. I think he's a bit "meh". He isn't offering anything much is he? Hid lack of comms & blanking investors worries me a bit because surely there should be no reason to ignore us? Surely?

Tebbin is right I have looked into Global vision and they seem like a well ran put together company.

They have a varied portfolio, I think ppp is their first oil and gas and lithium company - the assets are superb so they will be VERY successful if allowed to be.

They are now also into diamonds and rare earth minerals. Fair play I say and they must be doing alright at the end of the day IMO.

If the right board is in place then we will be allowed to travel with RM all the way "to the moon".

If ppp are allowed to be "freed" and RM allowed ro run the Company with his own team then I believe ppp will do very well under the global vision umbrella.

The RNS will land one day that is the game changer for ppp *in a VERY good way* but whether it's released whilst lunn is here is another story. Put it this way 30p or 40p that's spoken about could easily be passed! If EUA got to 48p you can double it for us and more... !

I don't know what the relationship between RM and Lunn is like and if RM has been told to stay quiet or not, whatever Lunns plans I believe and it's NOT in shareholders interests.

I wish more than anything Lunn would work with RM and us shareholders amicably. If not EGM is being called.

RM is the right man for us to steer the ppp ship. Hopefully accounts can be signed off BEFORE the end of April as that's just taking the pee.

Perhaps we have to take it in our own hands soon as we can't wait any longer. Unless another agm is called soon I think egm is our only way.

Dealer, firstly the whole next week thing, at the end of the day it's all going on in the background, communications are zilch so now nobody knows anything except a select few.

Personally we won't hear anything yet. I guess Lunn is trying to work out his next step so yeah let's see what happens.

30/40p posts from a few people today - Rob-50 started that & saying Lunn has pulled it out of the bag and we are due to hear soon. I'm not sure what Rob knows but we need the news direct from PPP.

Once the news is out 40p should have been passed a long while ago!

Rob-50, unfortunately it's not my call. We do want everyone to work together but we believe it's in everyone's interests right now to "stay low" and let people crack on with whatever it is they are doing.

So we have Lunn to thank soon then according to you? It sounds like you may know more than me / others?

My answer to that is, to stop the false and misleading information spread here and fear mongering & trying to show some investors the light & also share information where possible to other fellow investors. There is so much false info on here or misleading info, there is so much going on behind the scenes, now that group is more closed off than ever, nothing is getting out and that's the best way right now. Should be a quiet week this week unless we hear otherwise or a surprise rns from the company.

Tebbin, i have read your posts, you think or have a theory that they are all in this together? Can you explain in detail what you believe is going on please?

Delta you are trying to "attack" MyIPA but I can ask you this, how about doing pre testing, drilling, flow testing but under a new operator name, new wells etc?

Zag, there's something called Trust & Honour, I am very trustworthy and honourable & i will not jeopardise anything or anybody's hard work to post something on LSE to satisfy yours or anybody's EGO and distrust.

Afternoon Hepran, i am posting lots less here, really taking a backstep where possible, i just found LSE a waste of time and people don't believe a word you say anyway and i just thought the site was pointless when Rob-50 was going back and forth.

Hepran i need to warn you that if you put your full trust in Lunn you might live to regret your decisions. You need to see what people are trying to tell you, there are some with very in depth knowledge and you need to know that certain games that Lunn is playing, this is not an attack on Lunn but i am merely trying to get you to understand.

Lunn will stand in the way of what could be absolutely huge & i'm not saying that without knowledge or guesswork. I really don't want to argue but i can't keep repeating myself.
