Its Time that PPP are back trading soon & It has been way too long, it is incredibly frustrating to see so many companies flourishing and doing well and some of them haven't half the assets that we would/should have!

We need to get this pocket rocket company back, if RM can get the operational side and any licenses/clearances sorted soon then accounts can be signed off. Obviously it would mean revenues, royalties for 30 years and the 50/50 JV which includes the lithium and the gas.

There are massive prospects & opportunities here and it would be an absolute crying shame for this not to come back and thriving!

As for comments on EGM, not sure i can answer that, it would be great if this can be amicable and an AGM date can be announced. S Lunn, is a very shady character that's all i know. If he wasn't then would he be in hiding? The other question is what is the relationship between RM and Lunn & RM & TE? Its very quiet at the moment because there were a few leaks & tbh im pleased its become a tight ship again.

Hopefully we have our moment in the limelight again, remember this company currently only has approx 110m shares in issue and were joining the prime market (with the likes of Persimmon, Next PLC, Vodafone etc!) So i dont think PPP were messing with what they believe could be a serious asset or two!

Whatever this is, its not been great and its all what i call "Boardroom Politics" and its unfair to drag shareholders in on that!

April / May - Hopefully we are back trading and some excellent operational updates are announced and away we go. GL all holders.

I just saw you guys are in suspension. It's rough. We've been in suspension for 7 months in PPP. It's very difficult but lots of work is being done to get the company re trading with it's partner company and JV.

You guys might be out sooner than 7 months I hope but keep your heads up and hopefully it all comes good for you / us.

Not sure about an abacus being used Kong. Might be worth changing auditors on the next AGM and vote them out. I'm not convinced they are the any good.

Muldoon maybe your right. Perhaps the RNS that stated a resolution regarding the auditors may well mean that the auditors are causing unnecessary delays or not willing to sign off the accounts unless more investment has been brought in. Let's not forget there's another 300k or 600k (can't recall now without checking) that will be received upon resuming trading.

The issue is that nobody believes anything the company RNS or anyone else like us on here. Trust is at an all time low at the moment.

It's a tough one to call, are the auditors requiring another EIGHT WEEKS to sign off accounts? Or is that by some sort of mutual agreement (made into an RNS)?

It's extremely difficult to know let's be honest.

Hepran as much as you constantly want to blame Tom Evans, remember we wouldn't even be here, the JV deal was struck by Tom and RM.

Of course id want Lunn to do right by shareholders, I mean that, but will he? Will he not dilute us to buggery? Will he be able to raise funds? Does he have an underhanded plan? Does he want PPP to succeed or go into admin and take the assets? Does he want to take them private? What future plans does he have?

So many unanswered questions & tbh he isn't filling me with any confidence.

He's more bothered about legalities than getting PPP back trading. He's desperate to stay appointed. I wonder because he fears what will happen if he gets the boot?

But yes Lunn put out the RNS stating end of April...... That's just for the accounts..... So that buck sits with Lunn for me.

RM is probably working on other aspects, there's no other reason why he wouldn't come out and talk other than he's being gagged.

we shall see what they have once and for all hopefully soon but I believe nothing will be released until everything is "sorted" or back trading.

7 months has turned everyone here mental. If you think PPP are done then so be it Kong. Personally I feel we have loads left to fight for yet.

This is a new beginning and cannot be compared to the PPP of old. If this JV gets off the ground running you will see what the hell I've been talking about!

We will not b back next week Tiger / Zag due to the fact that accounts aren't going to be completed until end of April Which pains me to say it but what can we do.

Although it might not seem that way at the moment.

As for delisting, I'm unsure. I hope that doesn't happen because it'll be one of the biggest asset loss in the last decade.

Hopefully RM and Other colleagues can save PPP and come back on all cylinders running. If all the crap gets sorted out we are on for a very prosperous summer.

I think realistically a couple of months yet until re-trading.

Depending what happens behind the scenes maybe longer I'm afraid. We need certain changes asap and you'll see a big change IMO for the better.

As others have said April could be a fantastic month for us.... Updates imminent. Like I said all fronts closed up shop for now and the best way for all shareholders.

That's what you both think. If that makes you feel better for the both of you so be it.

You think you know a lot about ppp but trust me on this one, you don't know half as much as you think you know.

Are you even invested here? I guess we won't hear from you again once any GOOD news lands.

I just hope that this comes back with something excellent. We are waiting on a big GV ops update but I still don't think we will hear about it until we're re trading or certain changes happen at board level.

I can't wait, I really can't. Will mean we can see the back of certain individuals here.
