It's nothing to do with EGM not being able to be called at all guys. If we or the "group" wanted to call one we could. I believe an AGM is the best option for now and that's all it is so please less of the conspiracy theories Mattk6 including corruption and fraud malarkey.

At the moment the group are satisfied that RM has steadied the ship, heck SL might even be working really well with RM for all we know. Recent comments suggest a very positive outlook for the business and if an EGM can be avoided then great.

I can't stand David Lenigas. PPP has a lot of good assets probably going to make them and shareholders a lot of money pretty soon. We are talking big assets...

David Lenigas is a bit of a corrupt rogue trader investor. You find he's a bit of a slippery snake that always seems to get away. With PPP he helped the ex CEO with some business matters, apparently he was a workaholic but he's the sort of guy that's on one hand helping you but the other hand trying to make as much out of you as possible, a tad two faced so to speak... Keep an eye on him and don't be afraid to question him!

PPP is now waiting for accounts to be signed off and new big operational update is imminent and return to trading, DL was no reason for the current suspension. PPP are going through business changes and been involved as a merger JV.

Just keep an eye on DL.

Sheltie I can tell this was a punt stock for you by the way you post here. I think if you can hold off selling, you'll be rewarded with a very good operational update & you should see some good returns. I guess if you have made so much in RR then you don't care about ppp but you should be open minded imo

Zag I don't think you are aware of the finer details, hence you think Tom has lied but actually he may not have lied or perhaps took investors for a ride like you think. Perhaps certain wordings were wrong but some of the RNS were spot on. It will all become clearer in the coming weeks I think zag. If you think I'm lying then I can't help you. I understand your sceptical and you don't want to believe a stranger but let's see what happens.

Can you explain why you think this will happen? Genuine question, trying to get my head around your thinking on this. We should have 800k i think coming on resuming trading from the two raises we did. The other payment raise (cash) was received already as its on companies house so we should be ok money wise. GV are responsible for all drilling and work costs except for the lithium side of things where we are 50/50 on that but we should have royalties incoming in theory.

Yes Tiger is right, you would be mad to cash in if everything is ironed out and all accounts signed off and big operational news lands, you will be seeing some major share price increases! To lose out of them because of haste would be mental.
