Morning guys. Stay calm, there's a large shareholders group getting as much information as possible. Contact has been made, I knew this would spark a frenzy when I read the RNS.

This doesn't mean the company is going bust, or anything like that. Just relax guys. I believe there was a lot of rules not adhered too for the AGM hence why it's been pushed back.

I think a lot of people are onto this, it could even be purely out of spite from Lunn because the votes indicated that he would be kicked out IMO but regardless of that, it's time to stay calm.

All the LSE lot need to stay open minded please don't make this a Lunn Vs Tom thing. Just use your heads.

TPK should be around £14 maybe more. Why they are so low is mental really. TPK are remodelling themselves massively, new style branches, opening up all over the country, lots of refurbishments going on. The next one is Loanhead ccf (a TP company), TP Swansea (amazing big site) and a new TP in Bristol coming up. Plus more!

New Uncle I understand everyone has an opinion but tbh your delisting fears shouldn't be projected onto anyone else. We don't believe they'll be delisted.

Rns can land at any time today. Hope we can get accounts today but if not they may get them out ASAP which could be next week? I'm not sure why accounts are taking so long either but I suspect RM is going to whip whoever into shape.

I can't wait for us to get back. Fingers crossed this gets back trading in Q1 and we have an operational update too. Accounts are key.

The RNS back in November stated "Globalvision have completed their technical studies and are working towards an accelerated drilling programme"

I believe once we get this accounts and AGM saga out of the way then we will hear about the above in detail....

IMHO, voting against Scott is a bit like suicide, the reason being is he has created relationships with authorities and locals, i would not want to rock the boat, i actually like scott regardless of the naysayers here. Let the man / company crack on, yes its not ideal and theres a few years until mine is built but then what? Every year we get closer via permits / finance / closer to the build the SP will increase IMO.

I still think this is valued NOW at 50p or so IMO only....build the mine, extract the gold and copper and god knows what the SP will be worth, in the pounds IMHO.

Robert Menzel may have been asked by Lunn not to engage with shareholders at present, lets not let our imaginations run wild. He is a good guy from what we hear and very trustworthy and very professional. I think he will be great for PPP IMO.

Lets give the man some time, i imagine its hard preparing the new "PPP PLC ", sorting accounts, sorting finances, sorting the JV etc, then he has the AGM as well. Its going to be busy. We need to be a bit more patient, i do think accounts will be the highest priority.

Suppose we need those first before any other discussions about SP, RTO, MCAP, Assets etc. Those will naturally follow.
