I'm just a little confused why anyone has a problem with people arranging interviews with CEOs of public listed companies etc even if it's behind a paywall. Financial times is behind a paywall, yet I don't see anyone complaining. As AIM companies get very little coverage as most investment publications etc only cover the larger companies, therefore every little helps and therefore anyone putting the effort to get clarifications around RNS, interviews etc should be applauded. There's so many AIM companies (or small companies) out there were we don't know what's happening, rumours all over the place, that I wish we had more people trying to get clarifications around RNS, get interviews and general information out of these companies as small investor we're not privy to what the bigger investors/stakeholders might know, even if they put that behind a paywall.
There's a massive gap in this area for AIM companies (and small companies in general), and for people to complain about others who try to fill this gap really are being unreasonable. There's nothing stopping themselves to do similar and make it freely available if they want (rather than complaining).
Also CEOs should be going around and promoting their companies and sharing what they do, where they are etc by doing interviews etc with publications etc, some of which have massive followings, and can only benefit existing share-holders. I wish more CEOs would do that.
