I note you were unable to explain yourself about what the MOU means. We already have a cooperation agreement and a commercial contract with PC.

I think the news flows is Ops update which I think will be bad for the reasons given.

We’re also due an update on PC which could go either way.

The farm in deal is quite a bit away given they told us a number of matters haven’t been agreed even conceptually let alone commercially.

It’s been confirmed they are NOT the lead farm in potential partners an they’re currently CHOOSING to withheld an arbitrary amount of revenue, despite seemingly having confirmation from the authorities that they don’t need to pay the tax.

Im obviously missing something here so genuinely open to an explanation.

I’m not sure that PC will be that motivated to start paying invoices property on 135-145bopd because of geo political events. I find that very difficult to believe. As for chinas need for oil, as soon as the refinery is ready (and Abzzba tell us that’s this year or next) they get first refusal on our oil. So why would that motivate or help the Chinese state?

I’ll need to listen back to see exactly what he said about that - was it linked to the water issues they’ve seperately faced?

It came on at 200 and they had some teething issues - fine. If they were resolved then they could have clarified what the most current production level was - the fact they choose not to is a massive red flag to me.

Seperately, it’s not clear whether the existing contract covers Gazelle - they referenced it needing an update

I’m not sure PC will suddenly completely change their appalling, bullying commercial behaviour because of geopolitical developments. Why would they?

At some point I think they’ll pay but I also expect further games - that’s based on their performance to date. If it changes that’s obviously a big positive - especially given they’re our only customer.

I’m pretty bearish about what the next ops update will say about the H1 + Gazelle production figures so wouldn’t buy now with that hanging. I’m also very sceptical they’ll be a deal in time for this any drilling this year, which I suspect would mean another raise.

But I’m struggling to see what it means in the context of their already being a commercial contract in place that PC have refused to honour.

Seemingly they were told by the authorities in September they didn’t need to pay tax, yet they continue to arbitrarily withhold 30% of the revenue. Does that sound like cooperation or exploitation?

Even aside from the withhold money they haven’t one paid even the 70% on time. Why?

Yes very odd price action, especially now the US Payroll data should see gold end the week at or near the all time weekly close. What a time to be bringing out the Q4 results and then Douta!

I can’t see us doing 300k btw @Isainvestor - obviously Segilola does a touch less and the recent interview with Segen mentioned circa 90k a year from Douta for the first 5 years after which it might drop a bit. A minor nitpick that in the grand scheme.

I’m 50/50 on whether he’ll increase the Dividend, fairly relaxed either way with so much exploration and then construction to get on with.

This time last year H1 was 200-300bopd and we all expected more.

You told us things were never the same too.

You told us what you expected 2025 to deliver.

No wonder the SP never recovered to the pre production levels - it’s been a disaster against expectations and now being spun as a great performing field.

Anyway, I’m happy to agree that 135-145 is one of the better results and we can expect every other well to be non commercial.

You and I both know there are considerable risks here, it’s why you avoid the analysis and just pop up to goad stockmaiden and give silly price predictions. It’s chalk and cheese to your objective analysis elsewhere.

I don’t know much about what the PC field produced. I know, only because Abzzba shared it, that circa 1 in 2 of their wells weren’t commercially viable, which is what we’re running at.

What I do know is nobody here expected Heron 1 to be producing as little as a decking 135-145. To now claim that’s a good result is disingenuous - unless you and the company were lying / misleading last year.

But good to have some company talk at least!

Because our key commodity oil is priced 22% lower than a year ago?

Because our one and only customer have never paid on time, in full?

Because a year ago when the SP was circa 20% higher you made exactly the same kind of quips (and then sold)?

Pretty sure that’s just scratching the surface!

I love the repeated insistence we’re producing 350bopd.

The more he says it the more he’ll disappoint genuine investors who fall for it.
