We’re going well off track from talking about the company so final word on the lads being so triggered by a question about the new blocks - it says an awful lot about their brattish entitled mentality that they get to use a chat board for free, get given the opportunity to filter people but then still whine about the site itself and the context of the posts from the people they claim to have filtered.

I lost money here and would like to get it back when the time is right. If / when I do buy back I won’t change my posting style of addressing positives and negatives.

Ask yourself who here is up at current levels - probably nobody. Yet they all insist how happy they are and how great things are. All of their projections and expectations have failed to materialise too.

Segun’s at the much less rampy end of the CEO scale but AIM experience has taught me to apply a dollop of cynicism to anything a CEO says. They’re under a positive obligation to promote the company so will always give the rose tinted view.

But I’m still super bullish here. The patience game has paid off!

You lot must all have extensive experience in the oil industry I assume? And thorn also comments on AVCT so he must also be a cancer specialist (hopefully comes in handy with a few here). It’s the stock market, you can’t be an expert in it all! And in your case investor you only need a calendar apparently to make money here anyway so who cares about oil! :)

Yeah I also recall an interview circa November when he said something like it’s would be tight to make 2024, so generally I think it was just a further minor delay rather than anything. I think he tried to imply it was the quality / depth of the PFS but presumably you wouldn’t do a material re work at such a late stage. Hopefully he’s switching to a more under promise over delvier approach - this years guidance being 85-95k was better in that regard imo.

Anyway, all good here seems such a good set up and most importantly one that the market is catching on to.

For the avoidance of doubt my underlying point is it seems a very odd strategy to divert resoruces to a Jam tomorrow exploration project when there’s only 2 loss making projects (Heron and Renewables) in the portfolio. Heron needs funding to become profitable - personally I’d concentrate on that rather chase the next big thing.

It’s message board so I think it’s fair to give a view, just like thorn gave a FALSE opinion that H2 was on the periphery of the field. Or like when Abzzba said based on his lifetime experience of oil that H2 was probably already in production . There’s so many more examples i could give and all you can do is sling abuse.

I was hoping it meant the Douta PFS would be released by then, as presumably having that would be a huge benefit when talking to potential investors.

It was supposedly almost ready before Christmas, so whilst they then guided Q1, there didn’t seem a particularly strong explanation for a significant delay- so fingers crossed. Would be lovely to release it in to the current (latest) Gold run.

So we’ve been awarded the land but it comes with a commitment to spend $1m over the first 2 years and $14m over 8years but we can walk at certain points?

And the question as to how we’ll potentially pay for this is by hopefully getting a partner (who presumably not to bid themselves?) Alternatively we fund it ourselves.

And having just “sold” us this land there’s an expectation from some here that the Mongols will separately “soft loan” us fund wells on our Heron land?

@thorn Yep fair enough but hopefully you accept you’re weren’t close to the ballpark when discussing a raise funding 4 more producing wells. If you’re saying funding might come from elsewhere fair enough, I didn’t think that’s what you were describing.

In the absence of the Mongolians or a JV funding it (and everyone is entitled to their view on the likelihood, mine is very unlikely), then the choices are to either massively dilute to fund growth, or dilute to a lesser degree just to keep the lights on whilst *hopefully* remediating H1+2 to self sustaining levels. Again, everyone is entitled to form their own view on the likelihood of those wells delivering significant increases to their current output. My armchair amateur view based on the released information is H1 should very probably increase and H2 possibly not, or certainly not worth spending to bring on.

It’s a game of opinions so nobody needs to agree.

30-50% dilution wouldn’t fund 4 wells imo.

MCAP £20m. Let’s be very generous and say they get a raise away at only a 20% discount at 1.12 - how many of those would need issuing to raise the $16m required for the new wells, assuming all 4 are successes? It’s £13m so even if the raise was at current price it’s still over 60% dilution.

It also forgets money will be needed in the interim for the tea and biscuits aka corporate costs which are an equally generous $5m a year.

It was actually 7 months ago when the share price was 3.75 and he bought in at 2p, from which he’s taken a circa $30 paper loss.

Abzzba pretending the company have ever guided H1 delivering 500bopd based on a simple fix and again copying and pasting his 12p by year end fiction.

Thorn not correcting any of the above but telling us he’ll be happy with 3-4 wells OR just a limited work programme on H1 and H2 (is there anything that will make you less happy?!)
