I guess the jump in the event of that good news Doc depends on how much the market believes it’s happening (and in Feb).

If one thinks the sales deal is definitely happening this month I don’t see why it would provoke a big move? I do recognise those who have been sceptical would see it as great news.

Personally I’m a bit unsure around the export licence but generally I think the sales deal is imminent, if not February then early March at worst.

Confirmation the sales deal you all insisted was already in place last October has been signed? It’ll help but i don’t think it would merit a decent move.

Best news they could serve is a JV that would mean the raise would probably only have to cover the running costs, not the expansion.

Or perhaps news H2 could easily be remediated come March / April.

Investor told us to expert a Santa rally in December because that happened in a previous year.

Investor is fine with people slating the company - he only gets triggered if you ask any questions about his entirely calendar based charting, which he insists is foolproof, but he’s never actually applied it himself. Because he’s miles underwater and overexposed here - wishing he’d never what’s of MATD and desperate to exit.

Anyway, back to the company. One would assume the rise is in expectation of a forthcoming announcement re the signed sales deal and export licence being in place. Obviously the big push on here this week has been renewables which nobody understands. Wouldn’t surprise me to see the company dangle a carrot in this regard followed swiftly by the much needed fund raise, after which those of us on the sidelines can make an informed decision. A nice position to be in lads

Personally I’d take it to mean either we tried and failed with a bit of a brown envelope resolution or they never happened and he’s lying. My assumption is the latter.

As I said I don’t think my posts impact the SP. I was also honest about my views and position when I did hold - when I was also called a liar.

I do agree most on here think their posts impact the SP and that’s why they’re here everyday spreading false information telling everyone how relaxed they are. Whilst losing their minds over people with a different opinion.

I’m here partly because I’m considering a re entry. I also enjoy correcting the lies. Once this years funding is sorted things will be much clearer on the plan and the fundamentals will be easier to assess. Being able to buy back so much cheaper than I sold is a nice option.

I suppose there are a range of outcomes.

Firstly it could be the case that Thor did NOT meet its obligations in some way with regards to paying what it should. This would be damaging to the competence / reputation of management, even if it was only a small amount .

Secondly it might be there isn’t any evidence of any wrong doing but they just decide to raid the coffers for a largely made up reason. I agree this would be risky given the underlying desire to encourage investment.

Hopefully they don’t find any evidence and don’t make a move that would run counter to the stated objective of encouraging investment. I’m slightly nervous at the time it’s taking but reassured by Seguns confidence and the sustained rise in the SP. And if the worst does happen at least it’s in an environment where we’re spitting out material amounts of cash AND have alternative jurisdictions to look at.

As suspected WOS has spliced it together taking a comment about the mine from one part and adding it to the comments about renewables elsewhere.

Nevertheless I regard it as a promising potential partner. Would be good to get a company update explaining the model and potential timeframe.
