MB did indeed reference to potential for debt to fund Heron development. But what the wise one omitted was the preceding / qualifying sentence

Given there’s 1 well producing 200bopd and experience teething problems and zero revenue has been received I’d suggest that a reliable producing stream and revenue has yet been achieved.

Perhaps MB was lying like everyone else who doesn’t buy the rampers rubbish gets accused of.

I’m unaware of any such plan and certainly unclear how the required $16m - $32m costs (assuming every drill is a success despite the record of PC being circa 52.8%) would be funded.

But yes this might well be a buy for me once funding is clear. Im leaning towards a sale of BlockXX very soon so might even chuck a few quid in anyway. Lots of risk and potential reward at this point due to the many unknowns. Exciting for those not over exposed.

I was briefly in ARCM and they said they weren’t allowed to reference Anglo as their JV partner in an RNS without prior permission, ie they referred to their “JV partner” not “Anglo” in several releases.

So that might be a possible explanation but I’m speculating.

It’s pretty suspicious that it’s taking so long, and I maintain that position whether it’s signed today, tomorrow or next week.

PC seemed to respond very quickly when it came to storing all the oil, seemingly without an agreement in place / approved by the Mongolians. Yet signing a contract they’ve known is coming is expected to take more than a month.

It’s 2025 and I just don’t find that credible. That said, I have no idea what the delay is really about.

For ease of reference I’d usually say 1 in 2 aka 50% success rate (it’s actually 52.8%). But happy to round up massively and call it 6 in 10 aka 60%.

So for every 10 drills they’ll be 4 duffers, right?

We’re so far 1/2 @ 200bopd, ie 100bopd per drill.
