I’m guessing total, Africa oil & Tullow will have a reduced equal share stake of 15% with the operators ONGC Videsh and Indian oil taking 27.5% each.

The Beebei-Potaro prospect is interpreted to be in a prime location where stacked Cretaceous slope turbidites are developed, charged by direct migration pathways out of the proven Cretaceous source kitchen and discoveries in the Stabroek Block, which include the Yellowtail and Pinktail discoveries and, the recent Kawa-1 discovery within the adjacent Corentyne Block.

This well is costing in excess of $2M a day, must be good news, otherwise the RIG would be released, as the previous wells, were all drilled before now.

Why would the merger take until the end of the year?

1 month has passed, not a word from the BOD??

Why was Jonathan Swinney announced as CFO and then told sorry but we want someone else?

They would of known about the Merger 3 months before announcement.

Why are the strategic partners such a mystery, what’s holding the announcement?

What a waste of Rahuls time in Kenya at the start of June? Nothing has come of it.

This is being allowed to happen by the BOARD, No Iffs or butts, the lack of news, the RNS that come out are blatantly negative on purpose.

Why would they want the SP to stay low? Funding, Cheap T/O?

I was right last time about the M&A, and I’ll be right again.

Manipulation of the SP is unbelievable, but 2 weeks today, we will have the update on trading.

They will have to revise the oil price prediction from $75 to $100+ which will give us an additional $200 million FCF for the year.

Also if Keith Hill is trusted, we should have a Kenya RNS tomorrow or Friday.
