RE: IRritation21 Jun 2022 19:10
I already asked the same question at the end of April.
Q. 4 May 2022
I’m very disappointed in the way the BOD are not keeping us shareholders informed of any progress/problems within the company.
The SP should be so much higher, but it’s like nothing is being done to give the markets confidence.
Why is everything on hold for Kenya? It’s either a deal or no deal?
The company needs to move on either way.
Come on Rahul, let’s have some updates to progress in Ghana, this is our prize asset, every other oiler are up on increased Oil price, why aren’t we?
Since joining the FTSE250 we have dropped, are we being held down for a reason, is there something going on behind the scenes that is manipulating the SP?
I have been investing in shares for decades, and finding this company hard to swallow, with the manipulation, that I’m seeing right in front of me.
We need some answers, and need the Board to be heard NOW.
Not good enough at the moment.
Q. 9 May 2022
What is going on here?
The SP is in free fall, but the BOD don’t care less?
I have had to find out the Production, well performance and Jubilee uptime/ shut down figures from KOSMOS update today!!
We are operators of the field, us shareholders should be informed regularly.
Not sure what the motive is here, but I can’t see the reason to not release the information to the markets, at the same time.
Again poor communication by Tullow.

We do not respond to share price movements and speculation. We publish all market sensitive information (negative and positive) in line with MAR legislation and don’t purposely hold back non-sensitive information until scheduled results if it would be of use to the market or our shareholders.
As discussed previously, the reality is that today, while progress continues, there are no firm updates available. However, should there be firm developments they will be announced.
With regards Kenya, as above, there is no firm update to provide at this stage.
With regards your questions on Kosmos: they release on a quarterly basis due to their US listing, whilst we release on a bi-annual basis. However we of course work together on all releases to ensure alignment.
We regards to your comments on manipulation, as previously discussed, we continue to work closely with our Brokers to track flow/trading of shares and there is no untoward manipulation taking place.
As you are aware, the AGM will be held on 25 May and this will provide another opportunity for the Board and Management to answer investor questions.
