Second Tranche requirements:

$33.3 million (expected in 2025) will be available upon certain conditions precedent being met, including, but not limited to, the execution of the amended investment protection agreement, completion of the geotechnical drilling, and finalization of the tailings storage facility ("TSF") design sufficient for a minimum of 10 years of operation and prepared in accordance with applicable requirements.

This also proves that the TSF Facility with at least 10 year life has been signed off.

Looks encouraging for the open pit TAM assay results, as the TSF will be making use of this.

They went to TSX instead, why now change, when the Canadian market is the place to be for miners, especially when we are meant to be going to production.

Look at Lundin mining, for example.

Delay could be in relation to Scott’s Director dealings this time last month, or potentially the TSX deadline of 18th July for CDS eligibility, which gives the Canadian shareholders time to complete the process of changing to LSE.

Either way, we will find out what’s been going on for the past 3-6 months of no updates shortly.

If the ASX listing of Explore Co. Was going to happen, it would have by now.

IMHO we’re in discussions for a sale, hence the no update’s for a very long time.

Whoever is buying us out will want to test the TAM open pit. SOLGOLD have already tested this in the past, with proven resources.

Bit like a test drive, if they like what they see, we will get full value, without kicking the tyres.

Must be very close now, with 3 rigs drilling since early May, perhaps that’s what Dan was in Quito a few weeks ago to sign off.

Could be with the legal team to finalise the deal, which is taking a little longer than planned.
