The Cascabel Mine - Tier 1 mine, Which is "WORLD CLASS", and one of the biggest, not to be owned by a Major.
It's taken over 13 years to fully appraise the mine, now it's ready for the next phase.
IMHO it's too big for SOLG, The Chinese have a stake already, with BHP Owning 10% of the shares.
Also BHP have options at 37P, which expire this year.
If you look at the options, these are mainly in the 20's to 30's range.
A buyout will come, and has probably been on the cards for quite sometime, just needed the latest report, to sign off the valuation.

Its world-class, Tier 1 potential. This project is poised to become a large, low-cost, long-life mining operation grounded in achievable, proven, and tested mining and processing assumptions.
Once Cascabel is constructed, it is set to become a prominent South American copper and gold mine, ranking among the top 20. Its strength lies in a high-grade core, advantageous infrastructure, and an investor-friendly government that supports our vision.
Next Steps
SolGold expects to commence the technical work to further advance and DE-RISK the Cascabel Project.
Now I wonder how they are going to de-risk?? FARM-OUT / BUY-OUT OR PLACING?
They will want to get this project started ASAP, as the clock starts ticking soon.

Maybe the JV has requested an independent review?
No one knows who has been used, as it may signal who the strategic partner is?
It could be delayed again, who knows, but if it does get approved, then the SP will be substantially higher than it currently is.
