Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse...

for clarity, only 22k of my current 32k loss is down to TLW, the other 10k is on HUR, I can really pick 'em!

I feel you are the voice of reason here. I've mirrored your sentiments a number of times. I also wish I'd had the stones to sell up and invest elsewhere, as Mrd has done. I was up £64k when this touched 68p on 13th Dec, and with two foolish attempts at trading (and one marginally successful one) and the sp sliding down, I'm now £32k down. I promised myself never again to sell at a loss, learn patience, you only lose if you sell.
I very, very much want to sell it all and buy into Novacyt. That could make back all my losses in a day, but noone can predict the future, we're all just making best guesses.
My question for you, and any other sensible readers, is are we now due for a take over? Mrd's thoughts a month ago were that the boy out would be best timed after 3 months of low average sp, which we've now had, so are we looking at an imminent offer of £1? more? less?

With Mr12% increasing his commitment, I have to believe he sees great value here, so am I deluding , myself or am I wise to hitch my modest shareholding to his and see how this plays out?

I can't believe it's sunk this low!

If we all knew it would drop to 38p on 9th, then up to 68p then all the way back down to here we'd all be rich. We know it's undervalued, we know mr 11% wouldn't be hoovering up shares if it was a dog, we're strongly suspecting a buy out at £1+ is a possibility, we know Peru, Suriname, Kenya, CEO are all events that will push the price north...

We just don't know when.

I've said 'if only I'd known...' relating to TLW many, many times since 9th December, and today I've done it again...

To add insult to injury, I put £31k in HUR @22p thinking a little lift there would cheer me up while I wait for TLW to come good. I must learn to be patient. :'-(

TLW is the only blue on my portfolio today, and that's a sad thing to admit...

the funny thing is, going by past experience, this is likely to shrink back by 4:30pm and lose the lovely gain we've seen.

I now have 193k shares. I didn't lose the rest, I diversified into HUR, PET, SAGA, TRX and AMGO.

The majority of my life savings still in TLW, I have a soft spot for it, after all we've been through together. Quite the emotional roller coaster! Maybe this time I'll hold on until it gets to Mrd's 150p target. Maybe not a Bentley in the offing, unless the stars align quite spectacularly!

I may well start selling chunks from £1, so just tell me who I need to kneel in front to get this price heading steeply north?

I sold my 'all in' stash of TLW at 52.52p.

I hope for all your sakes it rockets from here to £1+ with great speed and determination.

I won't be joining you for the ride.

Since it's bobbed about so much, I've decided to buy back in only if I profit, or accept that I miss the ride up. If it dips back to 50p I'm back in. If not, adios and GLA. TLW broke my spirit and dented my life savings. If the non-pattern pattern we've been seeing continues, I'll be back.

This looks like a great opportunity to get in, am I wrong?

I can't trade on my account for a month, they tell me. Transferring funds over to LSE is a slow process.
If TLW jumps to £1+ and then tumbles all the way back to 48p before my account is functioning, I'll top myself.
And Mrd won't be getting his Bentley...
However, if TLW could kindly keep the sp at 48p until I'm ready, then rocket to about 150p, text me a reminder to sell, then drop back, let me buy back in, rinse and repeat a few times, that would be greatly appreciated.

I've just skimmed through 4 months of this BB and you've all had quite the roller coaster, by the look of it.
helx - " I'll predict Bidstack exiting 2019 @33p a share." said when it was 26p in October. Clearly not how it panned out, but the to and fro between you and the Count certainly adds some colour to the BB, and I'm genuinely interested in how you feel it's going from here, and over what timescale?
Is this a long term turn around?
A few weeks, months or the whole of 2020 to get the sp back up?
Since many on here have suffered losses, and are determined to wait until your investments come back to profit, you'll be the people to cut the carp and be honest about the road ahead, I'm hoping...
Any wise forecasts would be much appreciated.
My funds are tied to TLW for now, but once they're freed up I'll be diversifying into several prospects, and BIDS is on the shortlist.

True, so true. A great opportunity will come round, probably sooner than you think. Panic makes us dive in and out like idiots. If we take a breath and wait a few days a gift may present itself.

I have to keep telling myself the universe isn't out to get me, it's just me making foolish decisions. I'm insignificant in the grand scheme.
