Why call people trolls when there are so many people with legitimate concerns? When a SP performs like this one has there aren't going to be many happy shareholders.

I made that point. I appreciate why it has fallen and it is likely to fall further when they do another terrible deal. However, the progress that has been made in terms of science is being overshadowed by the constant poor funding. Hopefully people wake up and see the BOD is causing harm. There are too many investors that don't see it like that at the moment. I'd love to see the day that GM's cash cow is taken from him but it won't ever happen. They have been the winners for years and will continue to be because there is nobody to hold them to account.

Thanks Roses. So we need to ask ourselves if we are any further on if fair value was 3.9p then. I'd say absolutely. So as a starting point, we should be 3.9p today and then factor in the progress since that valuation. The SP is being hammered due to the BOD's reputation not the progress of the drugs. On the verge of phase 3 for 401 is a great achievement and the SP should show that. Positive news from 201 on top of that should add value.

We all know how quickly these small bio companies can fly! 201 results (if positive) could have a similar effect on the SP as the news this time last year. Heres hoping.

Imagine the time and money it takes to negotiate not one but six "advanced negotiations"? That is 6 times the due diligence, six times the legal fees etc. All the while knowing that 5 are dead ducks. Absolute rubbish. If there are 6 parties then it isn't advanced. They can monitor the BOD all they want but their time would be better spent trying to flog 401.

If only there were a group of people in charge of VAL who could convey the actual position through a medium that specialises in professional communication.. Such a travesty.

Woody - Unfortunately, we all have our reputations based on our actions and GM is a victim of his own track record. I'm not saying he is a liar at all, that would be unfair. He certainly isn't up front though. Something substantial in terms of evidence would ease a lot of concerns.

Hopefully they aren't reconsidering their offer based on the poor performance of our SP lol! They could have got a better deal. It is only the regulators that we need to satisfy now so looks like it is done and dusted so we should know for certain before christmas.

Exactly ValJu... Everybody invested knows he can't tell us the deal is signed with GSK and an RNS is being written as we speak. That is never what people ask for. They simply ask for some kind of interaction and assurance. It is too easy to hide behind the "insider" argument.

Tarquin doing his job again there! Surely a PR guy can do something better than regurgitate the rules. There are ways and means of communicating with shareholders to make them feel that their query is valued.
