I really, really hope they can wait until a deal is done on 401 or when they release some barnstorming news on 201. If either of those things happen then a placing is absolutely fine. If its done now, the company is pretty much done for to be honest. Who in their right mind would want to put their money in? It is a bottomless pit.

Yes, I agree that being conservative is the approach to take. If the efficacy is confirmed then this really needs to be fast tracked. If it can be shown that it is likely to beat a drug currently on the market in terms of both efficacy and side effects then it is a no-brainer. A bit of marketing would be most welcome. People can't comment/act if they don't know about it.

Very conservative! It could easily be many multiples of that if it actually works in the way the early signs point to. A progress report would be very timely.

I can't wait for the "crystallisation of substantial value". Do you think they add that bit to every RNS for a little bit of a laugh around the office? Shareholders can look forward to crystallisation of substantial losses for tax relief. It would be great to candidly speak with somebody on the BOD to see how they really feel about how things are going... No like that would ever happen. I really hope they feel at least a shred of remorse for all of the money they have lost for their investors over the years. Out of interest... What timescales do people have here for the BOD to perform? I genuinely think we should start the clock and all agree on some milestones for them.

There is always discontent when a SP isn't performing. It is natural and you will see it on every company's board from time to time. We are in a sustained downward spiral. Everybody just wants news and are getting jumpy. My "investment" here is now nothing more than a gamble. My head says I'm going to lose the lot but my heart won't let me sell. Poor approach to investing but its where I am at the moment.

It can't be long now surely? If this doesn't come before the new year then it is looking worrying.

When a company is struggling like this you don't buy its shares, somebody buys its assets. Unfortunately, its not often for very much money.

If there was an incentive for the BOD to get this over the line it would be done remarkably faster, I'm sure. This is the problem when the BOD's interests don't align with shareholders. They can sit around forever collecting their pay packets but shareholders can't.

Well when asked when he expected a deal he said that it might be Q1 2019 but "wasn't holding his breath". Sounds to me like it is just going to drag on indefinitely. I appreciate there is a lot to iron out but they need to keep the lights on. Every dilution makes the end deal worse and worse.

What you will learn is that the FCA are toothless.

Reporting them to the FCA for what exactly? They haven't done anything wrong they just aren't very good at running the company. Its an issue to be resolved "in house". If enough shareholders have an issue then take it to a vote. Why waste the FCA and your own time. What do expect to happen?

I assume Valirx have to pay to speak at these events? Aren't they bothered that the videos are never uploaded? Isn't that the best way to get the widest audience? Seems like a pretty poor deal if you are only going to talk to a room full of people.

It seems to be moving in slow motion. It is incredibly frustrating but surely it is very much worthwhile.

I'm expecting some SP lifting news prior to Christmas, much like last year. I need a 100% rise to break even and if it happens I will be saying goodbye to you all.
