I do agree with that to be fair. If they are so certain there is a big deal coming up they would have been buying and buying for the last 12 months. Filling their boots for the re-rate... It is a worry.

Yes, I thought that was interesting. He could have easily took the smoke and mirrors route of saying he couldn't put a timescale on it. He actually comes across well when he speaks but his emails are usually pretty unprofessional and sometimes insulting. If we are in advanced discussions on 401 it has to be announced within the next few months or so surely?

It can be called the 'fool on the hook'. When you order it the barman keeps coming back every one in a while to tell you hes busy preparing it and how great it is looking only for it to never materialize.

3.5p is only the price that Ruyi paid. Its a good guide to show how they value the business but nobody buys into a business to stand still. They will be looking to ramp up production so a couple of contracts could make a huge difference. I think double figures in a year or so could be fair. It all depends on how focused Ruyi are. They don't seem to be doing things particularly fast so far.

I don't think anybody is suggesting that the Mcap is undervalued and should be £100m. The potential is there though and as an investor (I assume you are one) you will be investing on potential in the hope that the value appreciates. Nobody is in this for their 4% returns... This is either a huge rerate or a crash and burn. I certainly don't think £100m mcap is an unfair target. However, the BOD are killing any value. I'd personally love to see the back of them for a more commercially responsible BOD.

Can't wait for the admin side of this to be tied up so that we can get on with the proper value creation like Ruyi's contracts. This could be huge.

I think there is huge frustration on here and rightly so. We know the market is huge, we know there is unmet demand and we know we have compounds that can potentially meet that demand. Unfortunately, there is too much smoke and mirrors by the BOD and also a lot of greed and selfishness. This could be huge and that's why its so frustration to watch the erosion... Especially when there is no end in sight.

Jonjo - I don't see what is so out of the question about a 100m Mcap if even just one of the compounds are successful. What is so pie in the sky about that? This is the pharma industry... A drug that works is a gold mine and we potentially have 4.

Great news that they are not trying to peddle 401. This was my main concern when I seen the number of presentations they were giving as it seemed desperate to me but there is no mention of 401 which has to be a good sign.

It is an inevitability that the company needs to raise funds and I don't have a problem with that. I have a problem with their inability to negotiate favorable terms. There is obviously a lack of interest in 401 as there has been no update of substance for a considerable amount of time. I have a feeling its going to be some pathetic deal with Mystic.

LOL I wouldn't worry about Tony... I'd be very surprised if anybody paid much attention to his posts... He is hardly Warren Buffet. He will buy back in next week and it'll be all positive again.

Also... There is a difference between VAL401 (or any of the others) being a winner and Valirx being a winner. As far as I can see, Valirx's board see the company as nothing more than a vehicle to raise cash. They don't really seem to care less about a return for shareholders. A BOD whos interests are in direct opposition to the shareholders is a huge concern. They need somebody on that board whos sole purpose is to make sure the shareholders see a return. Their lack of interest in the commercial side of the company is killing us.
