I like the science too which is what is all the more frustrating. I personally think they are doing untold damage to the company and think it is unfair to suggest that it is me that is damaging the company's reputation for pointing that out. If this is a success it will be in spite of the people who run it. Odd business model really. I want a BOD who can add value to the already valuable compounds.

Apart from this time last year I can't pick a time in the history of this company that, if you had bought, you would be in a good position today. I can't believe you can be invested in a company and say you don't want the BOD to perform. I don't want to resort to insults but surely that is nothing other than idiocy? Imagine how well the SP needs to perform when we are kicked further down the road and have a billion shares in issue. Just think, please - it is destroying the company to support those who are doing it harm.

I did get it wrong - I have said that. Everybody has got it wrong here. I'm not angry with myself or bitter I simply want the board to perform. Is that really too much to ask for? Why should it be my fault when those are the people who run the company? What decisions have I made that has decimated the SP? What do they have to do before it is their fault? I really genuinely do not understand your thinking, it is incredibly counter intuitive.

There is not a lot of positive to be said unfortunately. I'd be over the moon if I could sing the BOD's praises but I can't. You have to speak as you find. It is dangerous to silence criticism as you will find yourself in your own little bubble and wondering why it all went wrong.

I don’t understand those clutching at straws saying there is still time for an RNS. Oh yeah, let’s have an RNS one hour before the meeting so everybody can get their jet pack out to get to Edinburgh. Even if any news drops people won’t be there tonight if they weren’t going to be already.

It is only a marketing jolly where they will roll out the old spreadsheet while giving some very vague, general information that we have all heard hundreds of times. I certainly agree that it is time they are held to account. I was supportive of the Align attempt but that turned out to be complete nonsense.

Interesting. I suppose it depends what you ask them as to the response you get. In my experience, they are very defensive and quite rude/aggressive when anything is questioned.

Maybe he seen two trades of £5,000, wet himself and slipped? We should have to name an emergency contacts when signing up here for situations like this.

All investors want the company to succeed, I'm sure. Sometimes you need to ask difficult questions though and there doesn't seem to be many people here willing to do that.

Everybody is on form with the ol' cliches today. I haven't invested more than I can afford to lose but I have certainly lost more than I am happy to lose and that needs to be addressed. If you are all happy to sit back in your dreamlands then so be it, I shall leave it there. I just assumed that there would be an appetite to try to make a change. Clearly you all deserve to be in this position if you are happy to lose money. Regarding Mer400 question onprogress... The very fact they haven't released news is proof that there is no progress, no? If they had made progress then we would know about it. Seems fairly logical to me, I must be missing something.

Please don't try to paint this as a positive place to be. Needing multiples of your initial investment just to break even like many people here do is so far from ideal. I hope you aren't considering a career in financial advice. If I haven't lost anything can I have my initial investment back then please?

Mer400... Another weird comment. The point being is that there is no news! Therefore, there is no progress. There is nothing to say because they are just sat milking the company for their own gain.

The main thing that everybody has got wrong without exception is believing a word that is said by the self serving board.

What an odd comment. Surely the people who are running the company are the people to blame? Who else? I certainly agree that I got the investment wrong as has anybody who is invested at any point in the company's history unless they are traders. Please tell me how I'm wrong in thinking that the Board of Directors are responsible for the performance of the company?

If you read back through the RNS for the last few months there is absolutely nothing of note. It would have been cheaper to have just released then via a blog on their website. There is nothing price sensitive that has been released for absolutely ages. We need news. It is as if the BOD have gone in to hiding and are just drawing their salaries while they can. My personal opinion is that they need to go. Even if its just one so that they know they can't act with impunity. They have had enough chances to do things the right way.

Jinksy - Zero redeeming features of anybody on the board. If they do further dilute then it should be the final straw. It would be proof that this "headroom" they asked for wasn't just to negotiate from a position of strength. Surely that is misleading the shareholders.

So many great prospects have frittered away to nothing on AIM. Hopefully this isn't just the latest in a long list.
