Mark - there will be a LOT of new shares in issue. The SP will reflect that.

I'd say it is a pretty hard deadline given that they are committed to tying up the deal by that date. If they miss it then they look foolish and the SP suffers. I'd like to think they aren't that unprofessional. Ideally I'd like to see notice before the end of this week. If this goes beyond 31 August then we are back into the realms of 6 months ago when nobody knew what was happening.

Sorry guys I'm sure this will have been asked before but I think I missed the responses... This needs to be concluded with a vote doesn't it? Therefore, if its going to be approved by 31 August then a GM needs to be called. With the 14 day notice period that gives a deadline of this Friday to call it. Is that right?

To be fair 'consistently crap' could be considered stable. It certainly hasn't budged for years. I like that the graphite is progressing. I really wouldn't like anything that suggested a full change of focus to Finland but letting the Swede's know that BEM have other projects and they aren't going to go to the wall without Kallak has to be good news.
