Prior to the latest slap in the face I was researching potential clues in the new company set up a month or so ago named Valigenx Ltd. I don't really have the appetite to continue researching as it seems pretty pointless at this stage. However, if anybody would like to continue this then Suzie Dilly attended BIO 2018 in Boston, as did a company called Apigenex who are a Czech company who have a number of clinical pharmacology partners. I thought there may be a potential link. The JV for Valirx and Seek is held in a company called Valiseek so a JV between Valirx and Apigenex would have a name similar to Valigenx. Who knows? Who cares?

How is this in any way what I wanted? I've never known anybody to be so far off the mark as you, you should be quite impressed. You are so removed from reality, have you ever considered a job at Valirx?

"unless you think that they are going to input money into the company and then take it out." That is exactly what they are going to do. They effectively paid £10,000 each for a pot of £500,000. That £500,000 will find its way directly into their pockets as wages.

Clarification of what? What can they say? "Yes, we really have royally stitched you up." There is nothing to say. I used to think this was worth putting up a fight now I am just resigned to total loss.

They have all gone to ground because there is no defending this anymore. I don't believe they have done anything criminal - they just happen to be absolutely useless. Not only that, they are self serving also so it isn't exactly a recipe for success.

That is the problem though. I think the BOD are well aware that they should have more skin in the game. This is their attempt to address that but they have bought a particularly small amount each that it doesn't make much difference overall. If they had raised the entire £500k off their own back at market value then it would have been exciting. Buying well under a penny for an amount most PIs wouldn't struggle to raise doesn't fill anybody with confidence.

I think it is a misguided attempt to instill confidence. It may be a necessary evil for them. Spend £10k each to keep the lights on so that they can get 500k today and probably squeeze out one more placing down the line.

What if GM farted in a Petri dish and found a cure for cancer? We would all be millionaires but you need to learn a thing or two about probabilities.

She doesn't have a say in it as she isn't on the board. She is still aligned to them though but that's her decision and she has to deal with the reputation that comes with it.

My suggestion of Freddie at the helm was indeed tongue in cheek. I want somebody who can dedicate 100% of their time to this and he spends too much time on his yacht.

The Mcap is only £4m. With our collective loses we could have clubbed together and bought the whole bloody thing. I'd rather trust Freddie at the helm than these lot.
