I think the main problem we have here is I work on facts and actual information. A lot of people here seem to work on hope and pipe dreams. "things will change here I’m confident of that" - That says absolutely nothing to me and a market isn't going to have any wishy washy statements. It is all I hear but I've never heard anybody say why they think that way. I can confirm exactly why I am NOT confident but I would just be labelled a deramper again by people who don't like to hear the truth.

to be honest mate I got tired of being ignored. The BOD only reply to people that lick their arses. They will not respond to anything remotely negative and if they do they are aggressive and defensive. Tarquin usually responds but I have never had anything of substance from him. No, I don't know where GM is... Why should it be my responsibility to seek out that information? If it is something positive then shouldn't they be informing shareholders by interacting with them through RNS, social media or their website? Am I supposed to email him every day and ask him where he is? These lot couldn't run a bath.

Do you honestly not see why people hate posters that make statements like that? By saying you have no insider info you are basically confirming that your statement is baseless tripe. "There is a lot more going on that most people have a clue about on here believe me"....But you don't have insider info... Then what the hell are you talking about?

Valju - I would love to have your optimism here but I just can't see anything to shout about at the moment. I do believe there is the potential for success here but not in the company's current format.

Hi Valintheblood - I'm worried that the VAL401 negotiations are simply a pantomime and no deal of any significance is near. Don't you have similar concerns? They have just bought shares too so we know that the negotiations can't be as close as suggested.

I just have the feeling that this is make or break territory now. They can't reasonably raise any more funds given how ridiculously low the SP is so they need to get a 401 deal over the line. Painful performance here. It is actually astonishing.

So are you trying to say that you have information that shows the company in a positive light but you don't want to share that because you think people have the wrong perception of the running of the company on this board? That is twisted logic if ever I've seen it. If you have something why don't you tell everybody? It may answer the numerous questions that are asked. If I was you I'd want to shut everybody up once and for all so we can all move on and fully support the company. Also, I'm sure the reason you have always found them to be helpful and informative correlates to the position of your nose.

I think if the BOD acknowledged the poor performance to date and at least pretend that they care about shareholders then we would be in a better position. I'd then like to see them put forward a timeline and a plan and a promise to be more open with communication going forward. They would then at least deserve the benefit of the doubt. If they then don't change then they should go. I'm sure shareholders wouldn't mind giving them a last chance if they show they are committed.

There is just too much smoke and mirrors and mismanagement. At the end of the negotiations they will probably accidental buy Newcastle United or something. They have very similar attributes to the current owner.

What position would he take for an administration? And taking a position for a buy out is gambling unless he knows something and then its IT.

The problem is that the Fastbase deal undermines confidence in the board. If they can align themselves with a company that are (and I'm not suggesting that they are!) dodgy in any way or if it appears that they haven't done their due diligence then the repercussions are sizable given that this is an investment company. Can we as shareholders trust them with our money when brokering any future deals?
