I didn't say the news today was bad as I consider it to be irrelevant. Ultimately, I asked you a lot of questions that you couldn't answer. My assessment is that nobody should hand over their hard earned money to this company because it will disappear. The only people that can reasonably be here now are the people that are so far under water that they consider it more sensible to stay. That is the boat that I am in unfortunately.

I really don’t understand what you are trying to achieve? Once again you have deflected y many questions for an attempt at an insult. I have made a terrible investment here and I sincerely regret it. I’ve said that in numerous occasions. I haven’t lost more than I can afford to lose at all but any investor with a brain doesn’t want to lose a penny. I’ll ask you another question but I doubt you’ll answer this one either. How is the SP falling from around 7p last year to 0.785p right now plus dilution my fault and not VALs? I’d love to know how I’ve managed that.

No ignorance from me. You talk in buzzwords - there is no substance to your claims. "The work is going to be world beater" How? "its going to make a massive impact to the world on how we treat cancer" How? Proof please. "we have not had one bad update this last year so that tells us all things are on track." We haven't had any scientific news of substance, only buzzwords like the ones you prefer to use. The only news with quantifiable data is the ones which announce the price of the latest dilution. I would consider those updates to be bad news and we have had quite a few of those. Calling me a deramper is such a childish attitude. I am asking legitimate questions and raising legitimate concerns. If what I am saying is so ridiculous then you should be able to refute it quite easily but you resort to more buzzwords and insults.

14 - Why don't you take your own time to find a small bio on AIM with such a shockingly bad performance as VAL? All small bios deserve time and the benefit of the doubt. VAL have had that and its time they were held to account. Their performance isn't in line with other small bios. Saying sell at a loss or ignore the company is bad advice. Why not try to do something about it? Why not hold the BOD to account? People perform in a much more satisfactory manner when they are held to account than when they are allowed to do whatever they please like you seem to want to let them do.

14 - I wouldn''t waste your breath as your credibility is zero. I've never known somebody to have such bizarre one sided views. You are either connected with the company or are severely deluded. May I pose a question back at you? Who would want to see a company abused in the way that the BOD have? You seem to think that they can do no wrong. This seems like a very good entry price. I can't see it moving much in the build up to news though so I'm considering topping up in a month or two.

Uncanny... That's what you are being told but there isn't really any proof of that is there? I've written them off to be fair. This is the first company I've been a shareholder of where there is a likelihood of my entire investment disappearing and it is not a great feeling. Its a harsh lesson.

Fair enough. But by putting significance on his holding people are just setting this up for a drop when he sells when in fact it means nothing. Its just one guy taking a position. Its fairly comforting that he is increasing his holding but he might be as much of a chump as the rest of us, I've never met the guy! We are just assuming he is Warren Buffet in disguise.

Why is Nick Slater heralded as a messiah by some on here? I don't get what importance his holding has.

Only when it is confirmed though. I can't see anything moving the SP significantly without confirmation of the deal. Hope you are right though.

May is indeed the latest but logic would suggest that it is more likely to be closer to May than January. It is also unlikely that there will be a rise on anticipation because the market will be anticipating further delay/breakdown of the deal if anything. The performance can improve all it wants but the Ruyi deal is what matters. The performance elsewhere is fairly insignificant in comparison.

I'd have anybody! If they want to buy my shares at more than I paid for them then they can go ahead! I've already wasted enough of my life here. I'm taking the approach that getting any kind of return here would be a very welcome swerve. Even breaking even would be a great outcome here now for most.

£7k is not a huge buy. Switch off until May, Tony... Nothing to see here in the meantime. Don't waste your life.

it is interesting to see people's comments here as there seems to be a shift towards hoping for a full takeover. This is actually the way I want this to go as the market has these guys sussed. Why buy on "good" news when you can buy a few days later after the massacre that they create with a bargain bucket placement? A takeover of the whole lot at about 5p would see a modest profit for me plus an end to the mayhem. Talk of billions is silly, go play the lottery guys because you certainly aren't investing.

I know. They are completely abysmal when it comes to creating any value here, you don't have to convince me of that. My only point was that this could be the company set up to deal with the JV.

Yes but Valimedix was set up to deal specifically with the test kits. They have Valiseek which deals with the JV between Valirx and Seek. So this could point to a JV with Apigenex? Who knows! At least its something to go on.

Do you think there is anything in the Valigenx Limited stuff? Sounds like a JV to me but could easily just be another pointless company set up?
