This has the feeling of the beginning of the end. The BOD are hidden away in a bunker somewhere not saying anything of substance and are raising dregs of equity. Firing out wishy washy RNSs trying to pump it slightly for the next fund raise but there is nothing left to say.

its so bad here that all I can do is laugh as the reality is too depressing. Worst investment I have ever made and hopefully ever do make. I'm just going to leave my money in here and watch it fritter away to zero in the hope that something miraculous happens. I don't even have the appetite to criticize, its beyond that and there is no saving this. However, I would still support a move to remove the BOD. It would be out of spite more than anything now, I want to see them punished. My investment is beyond saving.

To be fair I don't think the pump and dump brigade will be an issue here in the future. The market have these BOD worked out to the extent that they can't even pump it anymore. The boy who cried wolf comes to mind.

The share price reflects what my investment is worth though which is a problem. Your words don't fill me with confidence. The fact you have been here numerous times before just suggests that you make poor investments not that this one will turn around. All signs point to this one swirling round and round the drain.

GM wanted the "headroom" so that he could negotiate from a position of strength. Rock solid George mate! Keep up the good work.

I don't know if it is all a front with some people or whether they are burying their heads but I can't see how people can't be very, very worried for their investment here. This company is pitiful. They have been promising to deliver for years so now they either do it or they get themselves down the jobcentre because, quite frankly, this is the worst chart I've ever seen. This company and its BOD should be used as a scare story.

How can the BOD see this and not be thoroughly embarrassed. Some nerve.

The statement explains it - At the time, they were in a closed period due to their interim accounts being due so it is factually correct that they couldn't buy. It is an example of what I mentioned last week where the company imply something... In this case, that they would dearly love to buy some shares if only the rules would allow!... In reality, we all know they don't want to buy shares because, quite frankly, they aren't bloody stupid! Slippery way to do things but nothing sticks.

It’s not something I’ve ever had to consider elsewhere fortunately. However, the performance here is so beyond anything I’ve ever seen before that it really is the only option. Ideally, I’d love them all to stay and take their salaries and options and whatever else... however, they need to perform to receive these benefits just like in all other walks of life. They can’t continuento be rewarded for destroying all value. They also need a wake up call because they are arrogant and think it will last forever.

End of Q1... Get rid of one of them.

Who knows? This is the problem, its all guess work. I think everybody has been patient enough with the BOD to date given their horrendous performance. I think giving them to the end of Q1 is fair and if they still haven't created any value or at least shown their hand then heads should roll. They did well to avoid any consequences when they sweetened Align. Next time, if it is led by shareholders they won't be so lucky.

The data has been available for long enough, there is either no interest or the BOD are carrying out negotiations in an incompetent manner. I've heard GM mention that they are a small team on many occasions. If they are that small then bring people in who can do the job.

Lets hope that they can announce a deal for 401 prior to the next raise then because it would be unacceptable to raise funds at these lows.

Valju - Nobody can prove GM is lying because he isn't. Lying is a very serious accusation to be made against him and one that I don't think is fair. However, many of his statements and the RNSs include word play and are in a grey area. Its not that they lie... They prey on the gullibility of investors. There is nothing at all to hold the BOD to because they haven't really said anything.

This needs a pre-christmas rally or its going to just sink and sink. No news left to move the SP up though. Looks like any news of a deal for 401 will multi bag us from a very low SP! Will probably end up recovering to around 2p haha. What a mess.

201 "works"... See this is the issue. We have no evidence other than the exact same phrase from the BOD. What the hell does "works" mean? Works as what? Does it mean that GM use the trial data as a paperweight? Its all too wishy washy and for a BOD with their track record it is a huge concern.
