In a recent meeting held with representatives from the NIEEF, Premier has been reassured that the project status of RHA in Zimbabwe remains a priority and have further assured the Company of their ongoing support and funding commitment to the project. With completion of the electrification at RHA expected in January 2020, NIEEF have assured the Company that further funding should be expected in January 2020 to support the restart of the operations.

Lockedin--the Zim government has made available Z$6m.
As far as I am aware no further funds have been forthcoming and in my mind I have doubts if any further funds will be released.
The country is in economic turmoil,funds required elsewhere.
Zim government to deal balance on loan account against 51% share= Prem owns RHA.
We have no contract for additional funding,the only agreement was for 6m and this has been paid in full.

At this level will be buying into the close.

We should be due some news soon.

RHA to take back ownership--have been promoting this for many weeks.

NaPom--Prem is only a minority shareholder in RHA.

If the government is totally financing RHA for all expenditure to full production why did we have to nip over the border and buy a couple of transformers using Prem money .

Can someone direct me to the agreement between RHA and Zim government whereby the 51% majority shareholder relinquishes rights to RHA profits in favour of Prem.
