Wolf--yes cash flow is a major concern.
Q1 will be a serious problem as I do not expect any REGULAR revenue from RHA until Q2 and beyond.
Early days for any return from OM and looks like any Circum windfall will be wasted on paying dividends.
Prem will have to raise further working capital,has a little left on the ceiling but not enough IMO.
He will come for more money in New Year.
EGM==strong possibility.

Looks like a lot of posters got caught on the last bullish run believing it was the start of the long awaited "re-rate"

Holding up rather well imo.
Could get a "mini bounce" trader driven.
Trend downwards until tangible news.
Not the turkey plucking Xmas promised by the ramping set and twitter.

THEMANWHODOES--those with brains said the sp would be a minimum of 1p by Xmas.
Rather stick with the others who understand how Prem works.
Xmas message-when available--always take profits.

Wolf--I would extend that to more like 3 years.

Surely RHA needs some form of off take agreement,please provide details.
I assume from your post that the transformers have been purchased ,shipped and connected.

Invester--whereas I agree that Premier has great potential for 2020 I think it is a little early to grab the rose tinted specs.
We still have no revenue and not expecting regular income until Q2.
Be aware of the manipulated rise for the purpose of dilution,however small.
