If Prem came to shareholders requesting EGM for authority to raise share ceiling for the following reasons:

A] to increase the investment in MNH plus working capital
B]to finance an offer from the Zim government to sell 51 % of RHA[debt adjusted] plus working capital.
C] Working capital to cover RHA expenditure to production.

Which way would you,the investor,vote.

matt--who is buying the tungsten ore,have we negotiated an off take agreement ??

matt--whereas i agree with the funds made available to Prem so far standing at 6m I cannot find in any RNS confirmation that further funding has been allocated to RHA.
Please,how much extra has the government PROMISED to RHA and when will the first tranche be forthcoming.

matt--this group of people have known each other for many years in fact Herbert was an employee of Prem in the past.
I wouldn't take Uramin as an example of excellence,ask the French government about that one.
I agree that the personnel to whom you refer have been in mining for some years, your expectations are a little inflated IMO

I didn't question the content of your post,infact I agree with most of it and actually find it refreshing that you would consider a 50/50 split on the Circum distribution.
May I ask,if the 50/50 option is not an option offered to shareholders which option would you vote for---we are still waiting for details of the one option.

If it was such a copper bottom investment why is the SP finishing below .10.
Surely people would be ploughing serious money into Prem--no evidence of such.
Not yet convinced.

Tis the end of the financial year for Prem and the SP lingers below the cash call price.
A very disappointing year,much promised--nothing delivered.
