Can I put my pennies worth in.
If EGM called to raise ceiling I can imagine that CEO will tempt investors with,for example,an increased holding in MNHoldings and of course some general working capital.
I would agree to raising the ceiling,however it does seem financial stupidity to then give the Circum money away .

We have a loan to repay at the end of next month.
Any ideas as to where the funds will come from .
Or-will we default on the loan ?

Why is it that there is no recent TR1 for any company director.

Elmwood--currently you must be approx 60% down on your Prem investment whilst traders are banking handsome profits.
Are you sure you have studied the rules about investing .

I agree,Circum,RHA etc will come when ready.
Your last point about availability of funds is also my concern.
In many ways Magoo reminds me of me years ago,believed all I read etc.
