Based upon your calculations etc you are expecting MNH to pay Prem monies in advance of dividend declarations.

Surely ,our income from MNH is "PROFIT" related and we will have to wait for the accounts before we know dividend rate ,if any.

Profit is reality.
Our investment in MNH allows use some discount on Tonka toys and dividends.

Moljen--thank you.This is exactly my point--we will derive NO income from our investment during the following 12 months.

Question--a lot of posters are talking about cash flow and the availability of cash from OM .
As I understand it Prem is just an ordinary investor in HN Holdings --now holds 12%.
Surely we are only entitled to dividend income and the extent of that income is only known following the production of annual audited accounts.
Should the accounts show a loss we have no income and can Prem really call for cash ahead of the accounts.

CH--I think you have to add the two amounts together,one million previous and todays investment.

Moljen-I am not very happy with all this.There is ,in my opinion ,a cartel in operation and funds are being moved.
So many companies,subsidiaries etc.
I am of the opinion that the biggest loser will be us shareholders.
Time will tell.

What are you going to do with the CIrcum millions ?
