It is approaching a year since the Pandora set wet themselves about the EPO announcement..still waiting guys.
If Zimbabwe lithium industry is so lucrative and attractive :
Why has George not done a DFS on Zulu.
Why are we still without a J V partner
What happened to the endless J V negotiations..why did companies/investors just walk away.
Why are institutional investors not bothering.
If Zulu was half of the asset the ramping squad put forward it would have been snapped up years ago by the Chinese/Indians.
Sell stake in RHA and sell Zulu.

Agreed--you should listen to newtrader_uk and his pals.
These were the same people that were guaranteeing that :
You would have a Circum dividend by the end of 2019.
That MNH would be investing cash into Prem during 2019.
That RHA would be in full production before the end of 2019
That liquidity was not a problem for company.

Yes-- follow the Pandora Group,believe that Prem is a well run company.

Will be waiting to trade your actions.

So who is to blame..shareholders had a real opportunity to "put company against the wall" and demand change.
But no..shareholders just rolled over and gave a mandate for this rotten and incapable management team to continue.

The forecasts include additional equity finance which the directors believe can be met.
Just a waiting game..how much and at what price.

Wolf--in the beginning I was in full agreement with the MNH investment.
MNH was generating revenue and the proposed expansion programme looked favourable.
Now having doubts.

The company must double production just to maintain pre investment sales revenue.

Of course the Chinese are buying manganese..the price is so cheap.

On the 8th of July 2019 Prem agreed to invest $1m into MHN.
This million dollar investment has now been with MNH for over 12 months.
Will the "PANDORA GROUP" please enlighten the rest of us as to the financial return,ie dividends that have been made available from this cash rich ,target busting company to Premier Africa.
