The last RNS really does,IMO,look like a rather pathetic attempt to get some confidence back in Prem.
I cannot see the current SP supporting any immanent call for further finance which is why all investors were given the nod to cash in and get out.
Shareholders really had an opportunity to pin Roach against the wall and demand changes..bottled it.

A poster correctly stated that Herbert was no longer chairman of MNH however he still has a financial interest in MNH:

Mr. Herbert has a formal engagement with MN Holding Limited ("MNH") to act as consultant under which he is entitled to a 10% fee on any overall purchase of MNH, payable by MNH.

As I have pointed out in the past Dattels,Roach and Herbert go back a long way.
There are agreement everywhere to ensure that whatever happens these three persons will have a slice of the cake.
