He did not say that Circum news was imminent or in fact due in October

Well,well,well...this is no surprise.
Have been saying for weeks that this was coming,so did one or two other posters.
Only said yesterday that CEO will go shopping.
Will buy a few at reduced price however further cash call is just down the road.

On the one hand he is begging for investors then two weeks ago he was contemplating selling Zulu and RHA.
Make no mistake..George will go shopping and will use Circum as collateral.

Jono--how do you know that shareholders in Prem will vote unanimously for a dividend distribution,has it been rigged ??
Do you honestly think that ANY 3rd party investors would put funds into Prem when it is,according to you paying for shareholders to **** it up the wall in Margate.

Jono19 so according to the link,which we have all read many times you are stating as a categorical fact that Prem will clear it's debts from the Circum IPO then the Pandora set get the rest,by way of a dividend.
By doing this you are leaving Prem with no working capital from the IPO.
THE VOTE IS EITHER OR--no mixture.

Shareholders will be further asked to approve either of the following options to facilitate a fair and equitable distribution to Premier's shareholders of its Circum Interest;



- Direct distribution to existing shareholders by way of either a share dividend, share buyback scheme or such other scheme of arrangement that would be the most reasonably tax efficient for shareholders; or



- The retention by the Company of the disposal proceeds to allow Premier to investment into existing or new projects of Premier.

I cannot see any money from the Circum IPO being given to shareholders.
CEO will use Covid as an excuse to withdraw the voting facility.
Circum funds will be applied to company advancement.

In his latest video CEO stated that MNH was operating at 30 %.
Output in the region of 4000 t per month.

Will be very surprised if MNH pays any dividend this financial year.

Should Covid get a grip in Africa who knows what will happen .

I agree,a comprehensive report on Prem.
But here is the problem,he IS good at this type of work.How many videos have we watched over the years,promises of RHA production etc etc--Prem has not delivered.
Interesting comments about Circum--news in the coming months.
Near the end--appeared desperate for investors--a little embarrassing.
Afraid track record is against Prem.

Plan--await Circum news which should generate some interest in stock.
Watch SP rise then hit the market with a call for cash.
Long and tested method used on AIMS.

matt--he did report in the annual accounts that the following year,to 31/12 had been assessed and a cash account prepared.
The account demonstrated that the company would not generate sufficient income and as a consequence further funding
would be necessary to balance the ledger.....the question is how much ?

matt- I agree with you about Circum proceeds.Have always said that it would be financial stupidity to release a large block of funds to shareholder dividends,he may offer a few crumbs .
Anyway it was originally stated that matter would be voted upon,can see CEO withdrawing this facility...blaming Covid19.
I am not accumulating on the strength of a "maybe"
