With the price of manganese continuing to fall and production at MNH faltering I do no envisage a dividend payout in this financial year.
It was interesting to listen to Roach saying that Prem was not prepared to underpin the recent off take negotiations regarding RHA no progress on that front.
Will be very surprised,given the economic climate,if Circum makes a move this year.
Which avenue are you going to follow Mr Roach--are you going to sell or develop.
At the moment I am getting mixed messages from CEO--no clear direction.

Of course Prem is debt free,the debts have been settled by the shareholders.
Anyone would think Prem has settled debts from profits..no..just issued more shares.
Any AIMS company could do this .
With regard to the "10 bagger"company has yet to deliver on many,many fronts.The potential is obvious,and always has been,exploiting the potential has been the difficulty.

Prem will purchase a new mining business outside Zimbabwe.
The acquisition costs will be financed,wholly or partly,by the disposal of part of the Circum holding.
