Yep I can understand the anger.
Some people are taken in by the bullish rhetoric often swamping this BB and follow up by purchasing stock.
Circum dividends to arrive last year,cash injections from MNH,the list is endless.
The "Pandora Set" have a lot to answer for especially whilst ramping the stock they are selling as fast as broker allows-long term holders my arse.

You have each posted over the years that "now is the time",RHA going into production,cash flowing from TCT forestry ,JV deals secured,excellent investments in gold,Circum dividends in 2019,cash pouring in from MNH.
Please remind me,which of these came to fruition.

The SP doesn't move.
The only certainty is that company will call for more cash.
We could discuss this all day..shall we review in 12 months.

Mal..Acker has not sold out and looking for entry point.
When the company takes steps in the right direction it will get my praise and support.
Yes I do hope to at least double my money on the granting of the EPO,the SP should explode as the news will be welcomed by many,it will be a lottery win for traders who will gorge on easy and substantial profits.
The question is ...what will follow the EPO ?
The DFS is the key to Zulu and until it is published no one will know if Zulu is viable.
Further dilutions will reduce SP.

Charlie..you won't be getting any REGULAR mining receipts from RHA this year or even 1/4 1 next year.
RHA may get a few shillings from the sale of some tailings but nothing of note.
So RHA will still not make any worth while contribution to the trading account.
The ownership of RHA is not 50/50.
MNH will be facing fiscal problems for the foreseeable future.
I would be very surprised if MNH pays any money to Prem during Prem's financial year.
Zulu has potential,however company will require DFS before exploiting .
Zulu will require an enormous budget ,where is the money coming from?

Then Prem wants to take over MNH,don't disagree with this just concerned about company liquidity.

CEO has already stated that company will require more cash from shareholders,this will continue for some time yet.

There was no other avenue for Regency.
If Dattels was confident in the future of Prem surely he would have entered at a cheaper price.
Also,where is Herbert's money ??

It really does amaze me that so many people have just put their head in the sand and ignored the fact that there is a very strong possibility that the world economy is heading towards a complete meltdown.
Can I just remind the Pandora Group--Dattels does not run the world economy.
Prem is a minnow in the mining world ,the company is a joke..it is a plaything for a few mates.

With civil unrest,world beating inflation and Covid things do not look very bright for Zimbabwe.

Circum dividend is a myth,Prem will require all the cash to settle debts and use balance to secure working capital and development costs.

Ask the French government about your hero Dattels.
Would like the CEO to let shareholders know exactly the modus operandi for Prem and associated companies.
Give shareholders a two/three year business plan,detailing where he is taking the company.
Get some proper figures from MNH ie 6 month sales... fully detailed.
Start behaving like a responsible listed company.

Suggested on Monday that George would convert the loan.
I wouldn't pay too much attention to the Dattels,Roach Herbert connection,these three have been pals for years.
If anything,i would be concerned about moves afloat NOT beneficial to the shareholders.
A full takeover of MNH may be on the cards ,players making their moves.
Don't unwrap the flake bar and go skipping over the meadows just yet.
