I would give a vote of approval should Canmax insist on putting in a project manager and a further member on BOD.

As mentioned previously, I have wriiten off the remainder of the year, not at all concerned where the SP goes, not concerned about share placements, contractors invoices, etc.Canmax can do as they wish[no takeover].

Can only agree, very difficult times.

Have always found that if you give George access to £ 5 million he will spend £ 6 million.

An EGM will be difficult, cannot see the level of support this time UNLESS there is a caveat that CEO steps down as CEO within a certain timeframe.

Should Canmax make sufficient funding available,and by this, I mean plenty, then the SP should recover.

Interesting to read that there is now a program of works at the EPO region and further ground is being sought by Prem.

Canmax has its eye on the main prize.

As mentioned earlier, and on many occasions, Premier is at the mercy of Canmax.

Without further financial support, certainly up to nameplate production, it will be extremely difficult for Premier.

At this juncture, I am not interested in what George said yesterday, last week last year.

My only concern is Canmax, will they continue with financial support?

Premier has contractors to pay, the director's loan will need repaying, normal running costs need to be met then the Canmax loan needs addressing, difficult times.

Financial support will be required until the end of Q1,Prem knows this ,Stark knows this and certainly Canmax will be aware of this.

My gut feeling is that Canmax will come good,BUT IT WILL COST PREM.

Canmax will oblige but will also want its pound of flesh.

I do not see Canmax making any takeover moves.

It will be expensive for Prem.

Also worth remembering,in a few months time Canmax can have a regular supply of SC5+

Put it this way, Canmax takes Prem to court over nonpayment of 1.5m loan repayment.

The loan repayment is due because Zulu did not produce 1000t +/- 10%

In Prem's defense, the company tells the court that months earlier Canmax and Prem had verbally agreed that no product would be processed during November/December.

IMO, the agreement, verbally, overrides the previous agreement and no enforcement can take place.

The same applies to all parts of the agreement, a new agreement is required.

- From 1 June 2023 and until the Advance Purchase Amount plus accrued interest has been settled, Canmax will receive 50% of all gross proceeds due to Premier from the sale of Product."

Canmax has agreed that there will be no shipment during November & December and has authorized the change in Premier MO.
