I will be very surprised if Premier actually makes any loan repayments for November or December.

I can envisage table discussions about finance to production, the old agreement terminated and new clauses agreed upon.

I am under no delusions that this, should it occur, will cost Premier.

So, I'm going for a completely new finacial package to take Prem to production, in early Q2.

Taking a much different view.

Taking the view that when Canmax agreed with Premier and Stark there would be no requirement for any production from Zulu for the months of November and December then the contract became null and void, including the requirement of loan repayments.

Zulu is currently only a very small mine with very small output projections.

Canmax is a wealthy, world player in the lithium market.

One would not normally put the two in the same bed.

What is it that Canmax desires, why has Canmax been so accommodating and why do they continue to keep Premier afloat?

Zulu production is,in reality, of no consequence when looking at Canmax's requirements.

I think Canmax is looking at Zimbabwe processing spodumene and entering the EV battery market.

At this stage in the proceedings, I don't think we have much choice.

Hopefully, Canmax will come to our aid and provide the necessary working capital.

IMO it is all hands to the pump to get this modern, innovative, and groundbreaking plant working.

Still believe that the financial rewards will be forthcoming in 2024 and future years.

Over the years, the CEO has used his own money to keep the ship afloat and borrowed the family trust.

He purchased £100,000 worth of shares at .92 and advanced £1.7 million to the company.

It was noted by many at the time that it was very unusual for any CEO to show such support.

During the Summer interviews, he clarified that he would keep Premier solvent by meeting expenses from his own pocket if deemed necessary.

I think he has demonstrated his commitment to the company.

I'm looking for Canmax to provide the cash to take this project all the way to production,to supply sufficient working capital to service all current debts[Goddard etc] leaving Premier free of financial pressures.

I do not envisage Canmax taking the 1.5m loan repayments.

Now flip the coin,this arrangement will cost Premier.

I would rather George continue with the delicate negotiations with Canmax.

George will be representing Premier at "Mines & Money"

George will be visiting Bara Consulting as part of the team to sort out matters.

There are world experts flying into Zulu to get the matter fixed, they may know a little more about it than our CEO who admitted he wants some of the technical aspects of the plant.

To me the CEO appeared rather optimistic about a substantial increase in Zulu output and that Canmax wanted the same.

It was mentioned during the interview that George was trawling for a replacement CEO.

My bet is on the AGM, will not put himself up fo re-election.
