George Roach will get my support from now until the AGM,will then review it.

At this juncture I do feel that the company needs to maintain the status quo.

I do feel that Roach will get the company through this awkward period,he has my support.

Bring Zulu into production in Q1 or early Q2.

By Q3 increase Zulu production to achieve 125% nameplate.

Advance production is still further with additions to the Zulu mine and increased efficiency.

Service the Canmax loan from sales.

Invest in commercializing Li3 and commission a feasibility study at RHA.

Consider increasing Prem's investment in potash.

Continue to do further work on Prem's gold claims and re-visit the Rare Earth Claim

Advance scope for additional business opportunities including those in other jurisdictions.

If necessary, do not go for re-election at the next AGM.

Consider a project manager and strengthen the BOD.

Invest in exploiting the EPO region and continue to seek further claims.

Continue negotiations with the Zimb government to resolve the $20m owed to Premier via RHA.

Keep an open communication line with Canmax.

Some very valid points.

In a nutshell, we had a situation of an apprentice miner working with a virgin plant designer.

Not the best combination.

However, should this all come to fruition we will then have an experienced miner working with a successful plant.

Take this experience to LI3 and the EPO regions win,win.
