I'm moving away from the "BLAME GAME", nothing can be done, it happened.

Taking the view that Canmax is very much aware of the financial pressure being put on Premier and as a consequence will renegotiate a deal that will support Zulu until at least Q1 and further support Zulu during the expansion program.

No takeover.

However,Premier will be put to the sword over repayments, product discounts, and access to other sources.

There is no need to list the CEO's shortcomings.

So explain, by getting rid of the CEO, how does that help the company now,this week,this year?

When Zulu is in full production when Zulu has cleared debts, when Zulu is profitable and output is increasing, you will probably find that the CEO stands down anyway.

If you feel so strongly and your supporters join you why don't you insist that at the up coming AGM you put forward a vote of no confidence,I shall watch with interest.
