IMO at the time of the last RNS negotiations were still ongoing and no decision was made.

Whilst I accept your point that Canmax has Premier over a barrel I don't think Canmax will play that game.

Yes, I know everyone will be posting that the Chinese are ruthless and wish for absolute control however my argument is, why have they not made a move already?

I truly believe that Canmax wants a good working relationship with Premier, the end goal being a regular supply of quality spodumene.

Canmax, in my view, has been very cooperative and accommodating and I have no reason to believe that this will change.

Yes, Prem may have to give a little, no problems.

A long-term partnership where both sides prosper--that is my take on things.

I understand that the design of the new mill was outside the remit of Stark.

Some world-leading Aussie designer was given the contract and he has overseen construction and computer simulation.

Stark comes into play upon delivery and tweaking the plant etc.

Stark reported not so long ago that the RHA mill was doing its job.

All I will say is I like the move to the new ball mill, I think it is a sensible move with many benefits.

If Canmax is on board and has approved the shift in strategy then the contents of the most recent agreement fall null and void and new terms and conditions must be applied.

Canmax cannot call for payments, interest etc deemed acceptable under the old agreement when Canmax has authorized a shift in direction which moves away from previous terms and conditions.

Think about it,if there has been a material change in company MO which has/will be agreed by all parties and this new strategy bypasses the requirement for Nov/Dec output then it cannot be deemed just and proper for Canmax to request payments.

What I am expecting is a new agreement between Prem and Canmax [BMA]

This new agreement will render all previous agreements null & void.

The BMA agreement will confirm long-term continued support for Premier both in financial terms and technical support.

IMO Canmax will take additional responsibilities at Zulu and will place a Canmax chappie on the BOD.

Canmax may put in a project manager.

If some feel that my recent posts are "Rampy" then so be it,I have promoted this move on the BB for countless months and can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.

All 3 interested parties must have discussed the change in tactics,to go straight for the new ball mill demonstrates to me an underlying confidence that the project will work and this must have been confirmed with the lab. reports and Stark data.

The change in direction is expensive,the new mill and associated costs,say,3.5/4million,foregoing any revenue from November/December.,plant shut down etc.

Would not be surprised if Roach has the outline agreement in his hands proir to the Q & A.
