I am hoping that all matters come to a head during the Canmax visit to Zulu.

I am hoping for a clear plan that can take Zulu forward into mainstream production and would be pleased if Canmax confirmed long-term support.

At the moment it is a bloody mess,it needs sorting.

There is a valuation made by Canmax which puts the SP well above the current price.

If it was the intention of Canmax to gain overall control of Premier i would expect some activity on the SP,this SP is far lower than Canmax's valuation.

I think if Canmax wanted Zulu/Prem they would have moved before now and avoided all this mess.

I do follow your logic, however, I think that Canmax is happily playing the banker, I can see Canmax holding 40/45% of Premier, not a problem in my eyes.

There may also be political pressure should Canmex make a move, the local population has benefited from Premier, not sure the Chinese would have the same view--geopolitics may enter the equation.

Shareholders have no chance of removing George as CEO, he is in a very strong position, and he loyal following mainly in The Telegram Group.

Should Canmax decide he should be replaced then that is a different ball game, Canmax may insist on a new CEO in return for continued long-term support, the CEO's future is in Canmax's hands.

What I can see happening is additions to the Board of Directors, here I can see Canmax insisting on a project director and others.

Don't know what to do with Stark, will Canmax take over the project, bring in its own team to iron out the difficulties?

Would love to be a fly on the wall during the Canmax visit to Zulu.

I'm sticking with Canmax support for the

company and only being interested in the end product as against any form of ownership.

I do agree that Canmax has been very understanding, long may it continue.

Canmax will continue support for Zulu as it wishes to benefit from the much larger deposits within the EPO area and will be interested in the developments at Li3.

Canmax wishes for a long-term supplier, all this at Zulu is a small change for a company of such wealth.

CEO has to stay for various reasons, one being the working relationship with Canmax and the other being the knowledge of Zimbabwe and its government.

I know his faults.
