Having listened again to the Stark interview I am taking the view that all the bugs have been resolved that all 3 parties have been in meetings and that, based on all the evidence,the decision has/will be made to go straight into nameplate production and dismiss trial runs during November and December.

All attention will be focused on the new ball mill and nameplate production.

If this is so, Premier will no longer be obliged to make November/December payments to Canmax as the MO has materially changed.

In a nutshell,yes it is working--going straight to the nameplate.

I think George will survive as CEO but his powers will be curtailed.

Think along the same lines.

I would expect some financial support to carry the mine to nameplate production.

Waiver the payments of 1.5 m for November and December.

As you say, Canmax to provide technical assistance in the field and maybe appoint a Canmax project manager.

Repayment to Canmax can be made via better discount rates, extended options at Zulu, and lengthened repayment terms.

There are many "Terms & Conditions" that could be applied

I know you are currently the target for some flack, however, I tend to agree with your post of 15.07.

I too think support will be offered and "Agreement" further tweaked.

I think investors will approve.

I wouldn't bet against a major re-rate.

Should Canmax enter the frame with a bloody big stick and put down 3 line whips then I can envisage warm support for such action.

This would return a greater degree of sentiment and confidence to Prem and attract investors.

If a clear business strategy was put in place funded by Canmax this would be very welcome.

A guy on the "X" account has posted that the Chinese visit to Prem took place a few weeks ago.

Has anyone got any information, surely George would have mentioned such a visit in the RNS.

I do think that there has been a long period of "drift", no one has been accountable.

I think Canmax will change all this by exercising power and influence over the way things are done and will get Zulu back on track and ready for production in the new year, I would certainly be one happy shareholder if Canmax sorted out the crap.

It cannot continue, judgment day is fast approaching.
