I know little of this subject so please bear with me. If these trades, (and more this evening), are “off exchange”, does that also mean the same as an arrangement between buyers and sellers i.e. Over The Counter? If so, how and why do such trades appear on LSE? Thanks.

I also don't understand these late trades. Perhaps overseas? Whatever the reason it looks like there may be another RNS or maybe another rise in the SP on Wednesday.
