Thanks@Lee. Two weeks to go to see your prediction verified Lee. I Imagine that the BoD will want to include a para or two about progress at Abra, the Dupax tenement and/or Nicaragua. So many things on the go at the moment!

Norges, the largest sovereign wealth fund in the world , who invested in CARD recently,  manages the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global with assets worth about 20,000 billion kroner, or about 1,800 billion dollars.

The company must see CARD as a pretty safe vehicle, one that gives a nice little income stream to their funds and just the odd chance of an uplift via a rise in the SP or a takeover?

CARD is no different to other retail shares I hold, JDW, BRTW, all three suffering from this government’s tax raids on both business and consumers where basic economic understanding is non existent.

Fortunately my other holdings in gold, critical minerals and RR are doing ok. I guess my 3 retails do at least provide a reasonable income, unlike my AIM holdings, so I am happy to stay with CARD as a divi hold with maybe a chance of a bid from bargain hunters.

I imagine that work is ongoing in some degree. I think a RNS could drop at any time. MTL will be keen to fill any time lags with good news.

My other half went into the local Poulton le Fylde Card shop today for a condolence card. I watched from outside as she took her time to pick a card. I saw that the shop had a steady stream of customers, buy in mostly Mother’s Day cards apparently. There was one lady at the cash desk, probably enough for a Monday and not a huge shop. Of course a Card shop is almost entirely self service with a minimum number of staff required, unlike other retail that needs a higher proportion of staff and corresponding overheads.

Was he pushed or did he leave of his own accord ? He seemed very unpopular, as reflected is CNR holders not happy to continue with MTL.
